Hello and welcome to gratitude.

Gratitude is all about being thankful.

Sometimes we can forget that there are many great things in our life.

Practicing gratitude reminds us of these wonderful great things.

To begin this gratitude practice find a seat and when you are ready you can close your eyes gently breathing in and then letting go.

Practicing gratitude gives us a chance to stop,

Think and give thanks for the things that we have right now.

Sometimes we can forget that there are many great things in our life and without these things we wouldn't be the people that we are today.

Things like healthy bodies,

Delicious food,

The schools we learn in and the family and friends we love.

These are all wonderful things of being grateful for.

We can practice gratitude at any time of the day.

I want you to think of three things that you are grateful about yourself.

They might be the yummy lunch you had,

The new things you learned in school or even the happy times you got to spend with a family or friend.

Have a moment to think of what you are grateful for.

When you are ready you can repeat after me.

I am grateful for,

I'm grateful for,

I am grateful for.

Take some time here to sit with all of these amazing happy feelings inside you and when you are ready you can gently come back make some small movements and then open your eyes.

Well done and have a beautiful grateful day.
