Hello and welcome to my well-being.

Our well-being includes all of the things in our life that make us healthy and well.

To begin,

You can softly close your eyes.

Begin to follow your breath in and out.

Slowly in and slowly out.

Your body does so many wonderful things each day.

To keep it healthy,

You move,

Run,

Skip,

And play.

You know moving your body is good for your health and well-being and it's so much fun.

Your feelings make up your emotional well-being.

You can do lots of things to support how you feel.

Actions like slow breaths in and out.

How we speak and play with others is important for our healthy life too.

It's nice to be kind,

Listen to others,

But also feel safe and share our feelings with those who we are close to.

How you speak to yourself in your own mind is also important for a healthy and well life.

We must take time each day to speak kind to ourselves,

Pause,

And show that extra bit of love on the days when we need it the most.

Place your hands over your heart and say to yourself,

I love you.

When you are ready,

Slowly make some small movements and then open your eyes.
