Beautiful soul welcome to this guided breathwork meditation for spiritual healing today we're going to be doing a three-part breath you're going to be inhaling from your mouth into your belly into your chest and then exhaling fully belly chest exhale as we begin close your eyes and visualize where in your body you're feeling tension where are you feeling that energetic block we're going to be sitting with that today we're not going to fight it we're not going to try to change it we're not going to try to run away from it we're simply going to breathe together send it love attention peace and simply be in the feeling of it as we breathe through it let's begin belly chest exhale exhale belly chest exhale you are greater than your pain you are divinely guided beautiful one belly chest exhale belly chest exhale has anyone told you lately how wonderful and loved you are the entire universe is conspiring in your favor belly chest exhale belly chest exhale simply sitting in this there is nowhere to be there is nowhere to go the constant pushing the constant striving the constant doing dear one is simply you trying to hide from the pain trying to mask not feeling what you need to feel belly chest exhale belly chest exhale exhale allowing your breath to unblock any area in your body where the energy might not be flowing belly chest exhale exhale our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate but our greatest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure belly chest exhale placing your hand wherever you're still feeling that tension wherever you're feeling that tightness belly chest exhale your hands can heal in the same way that they heal others they can also heal you too belly chest exhale feeling your magnetic energy seep into those areas that you need it most belly chest exhale not running away not making this feeling wrong not trying to change anything in this moment acknowledging where we are acknowledging the perfection that you are belly chest exhale belly chest exhale where are you still feeling tension belly chest exhale belly chest exhale from this place taking three mindful breaths into the belly into the chest holding at the top holding at the top exhaling slowly two more inhaling from your mouth into your belly into your chest holding it at the top exhaling slowly last one into the belly into the chest exhaling slowly simply feeling the sensations taking this clarity into your day
