Begin by bringing attention to your breath.
Inhale slowly through the nose and gently exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Steady inhale and at your own pace have a nice soft release.
Now allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you,
Your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips grounded.
Notice the spine,
Tall if seated,
Relaxed if lying down.
Let the shoulders soften away from the ears.
Let the jaw unclench.
Let the brow smooth.
Each breath creates a little more space inside.

Overwhelming.

With each inhale,

This is simply the beginning.

Is it calm?
Is it natural?
Is it energized?
Or is it uncertain?
Whatever is present is allowed.
Silently acknowledge,
I meet this day as I am.
I move forward with clarity.
I remain grounded in myself.
Let these words feel like gentle anchors,
Not pressure.

Begin to sense subtle energy in your hands,
In your feet.
Perhaps gently wiggle your fingers.
Roll your shoulders slightly.
Now,
Take one deeper breath in.
And at your own pace,
Exhale fully.
Feel yourself becoming more awake,
More aware,
More here and now.
Take one final slow inhale.
And at your own pace,
Release.
When you're ready,
Allow the eyes to open gently.
