Just giving yourself permission to start with a few gentle breaths.
Taking some breaths in through your belly as your belly expands.
Breathing all the way up and then exhaling allowing your belly to go in.
Just noticing how you feel,
How your energy feels around you,
Within you,
Without judgment.
Just allowing yourself the curiosity of your body.
Do you feel any tension anywhere?
Taking a moment to breathe life into those areas of tension.
Any areas you feel need to release any energy,
Always without judgment,
Releasing.
Now just take a moment to bring awareness to the bottom of your feet.
Now to the top of your feet.
Noticing all of your toes,
Up to your ankles,
Your lower leg,
Your kneecaps,
The top of your legs,
The back of your legs,
Your gluteal areas.
Remembering to breathe into any areas of tension to release.
Your groin area,
Your lower belly,
Your middle belly and waist area,
Your upper belly,
Your chest,
Your lower back,
The middle of your back,
Your upper back,
The back of your neck,
Going up to the back of your head,
The top of your head,
Your cheeks,
Your ears,
Your eyes,
The front of your neck.
Now becoming aware of your internal organs.
Giving gratitude for everything that they do for you every day.
The strength that is provided to you.
You are strong.
Become aware of the right side of your body.
Now the left side of your body,
The back of your body,
The front of your body.
Now becoming aware of your whole body as a whole.
Giving thanks and gratitude.
Now taking a moment to bring attention and awareness to your heart area.
Now bringing a green light towards your chest.
A beautiful green light full of love and positive energy.
Just letting it radiate the area.
Allowing with compassion.
You may place a hand on your chest if you choose.
If it brings you comfort and stillness.
Now allowing a breath in through the back of your heart.
Pausing at the top.
And exhaling through the front of your heart.
Taking another breath in through the back of your heart.
Pausing at the top.
Exhalation through the front of your heart.
Another deep breath in through the back of your heart.
Pausing at the top.
And exhaling through the front.
Inhaling compassion in through the back of your heart.
Exhaling out anything that you do not need through the front of your heart.
Allowing love,
Joy,
Kindness into your soul.
Taking in what is needed.
Allowing the green light to come into your heart.
Embracing the energy.
Allowing love in.
