Meditation for positive energy.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position in a chair,
Cross-legged on the floor,
Or however you feel comfortable.
You may close your eyes or just slightly glaze down at your nose,
Whichever you feel more comfortable in this moment.
I'm going to start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and taking a slow exhale out through your mouth.
Another deep breath in through your nose and an exhalation through your mouth.
Taking note to release any tension or stress leaving your body as you exhale.
With each exhale you feel more and more at ease.
Always continuing to breathe as our breath is a gift for life.
Taking care each moment that we are here.
Noticing how your shoulders are.
Relaxing them down away from your ears.
Sending any breath into the areas of tension as you're continuing to inhale and exhale.
Letting any worries or negative thoughts just let go.
Take a moment to just scan your body with your awareness.
If you stop on any area just breathe life into that area.
Letting go.
Now bringing awareness to your heart center.
Taking a deep breath in through the back of your heart.
Holding and exhaling through the front of your heart.
Another deep breath in through the back of your heart.
Holding at the top.
Exhaling through the front of the heart.
Another inhale through the back of the heart.
Exhaling through the front of the heart.
Now imagine a warm golden light entering your body with every inhale.
This beautiful golden light is filling you up with positivity and radiance.
Just allowing it to flow through your entire being as a whole.
From your toes to the top of your head.
Just noticing the energy flow throughout your body with no judgment.
This golden light is vibrant as it fills you with this positivity throughout every cell of your body.
Still continuing to breathe with each breath.
You feel this energy more and more.
If any thoughts or negative emotions arise just acknowledge them and release them without any judgment.
Then bringing your focus back to the positivity and your breath.
You may even have a smile on your face if you choose.
Each moment feeling more love and compassion for yourself.
The love and kindness is going throughout your heart,
Spreading throughout every cell in your body and around you.
Taking a moment to express gratitude for all the blessings in your life.
Acknowledge the beauty and abundance that surround you in this moment.
Noticing how you feel in this moment.
Allowing feelings of appreciation and thankfulness to fill your heart and amplify all the energy going throughout your body.
Peace and hope that is there for you.
Love and appreciation are there for you.
Giving yourself permission to allow the gratitude into your life.
The positivity into your life that you deserve.
You are loved.
Still breathing in stillness.
Notice how positive you feel in this moment.

Bringing your attention back to your heart center.
Breathing in through the back of the heart.
Holding at the top.
Releasing through the front of the heart.

Feeling the energy go throughout the cells of your body.
Remembering to take this positive energy that you've cultivated today with you.
