Namaste,
Good morning or good evening if you're listening to this in the evening.
I've just done my morning practice and I'm using the mantra om gam ganapataye namaha.
And this mantra is connected to Lord Ganesha,
The elephant,
And it's about removing obstacles that are on our path or anything that we're unsure of that's preventing us from stepping into our power on our path,
Removing obstacles that we have that we don't even know about.
I use this mantra quite a lot to set me up for the day so that my pathway is clear and I'm as open and in the present moment as I literally can be.
So let's open this meditation with one om together and then we'll chant nine om gam ganapataye namaha.
Inhale.
Om.
Inhale from the mantra.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Om gam ganapataye namaha.
Place your hands upon your heart,
Left palm on your chest and right palm over left and notice your breath.
Can you feel your breath expanding in your lungs as you inhale?
Can you feel your breath leaving your lungs as you exhale?
Notice the rise of your chest on your next inhalation,
Lifting your hands and notice the fall of your chest as you exhale.
Notice on your next inhalation how your heart centre comes up to kiss the palms of your hands and on your next exhalation how your heart draws in that kiss to the very centre.
As you notice your breath,
Begin to become aware of your feet and the soles of your feet.
Become aware of the tops of your feet.
Become aware of your shins,
Your calves,
The fronts of your knees,
The backs of your knees.
Become aware of your thighs and your hamstrings.
Become aware of your buttocks and your pelvis.
Become aware of your lower abdomen,
Your lumbar spine.
Become aware of your ribs and your upper back.
Become aware of your chest and your shoulders.
Become aware of your arms,
Your wrists,
The backs of your hands,
The palms of your hands.
Become aware of the back of your neck.
Become aware of your throat.
Become aware of your lower jaw softly and gently surrendering away from your upper jaw.
Notice the skin on your face becoming smooth.
Notice the softness of the space between your eyebrows.
Eyebrows seem to be moving away from each other and that same relaxation floats over your scalp.
Let's do one Brahmari breath together.
Brahmari breath is a honey bee sound that vibrates 84 points on the roof of our mouth,
Stimulating our hypothalamus,
Our central nervous system and our pituitary gland,
Secreting happy hormones to our organs.
Let's take that Brahmari breath together.
Inhale.
Exhale honey bee sound.
Inhale.
Bring your attention to your third eye,
Ajna chakra.
Notice the space between your eyebrows softening,
Surrendering.
Let's draw our senses inward.
Pratyahara,
Sense withdrawal.
Bring your senses inside the mind.
Thoughts may come,
Thoughts may go.
Give yourself permission to allow your mind to quine,
To allow your body to surrender and relax.
Begin to allow your mind to expand into pure consciousness,
Allowing your awareness to float beyond mind,
Out into the space you occupy.
Letting your awareness touch the walls,
The windows,
The door,
Ceiling,
The floor.
Allow your awareness to move beyond the walls,
The space you occupy,
Floating up and up and out,
Beyond the clouds.
Allow your awareness to expand beyond our galaxy,
Out through space and time.
Begin to become aware of the feeling limitless,
Boundless,
Free.
Letting your awareness to expand.
Filling amongst the stars,
You allow your awareness to expand beyond the universes,
Beyond all knowledge.
Letting your awareness begin to seek out that pure consciousness,
Finding its way home.
And it's as though your awareness hears an inner calling,
An outer calling.
And appearing before you is that pure consciousness,
Like ever expanding light.
Allow it to draw you in,
Envelop you.
Removing all damage.
As your awareness adjusts,
You are able to see that you are standing in what appears a cave.
On the floor of the cave is a pool of gold and white light.
The nectar,
The amrita,
That pure Christ consciousness.
When this elixir calls to you,
Step by step,
You begin to walk into the pool.
You feel it like gold mercury through your toes,
Flowing around your ankles,
Rising up over your hips,
Becoming weightless as your feet lift from the ground and you float.
It feels as though you're submerged in this pure light.
And you breathe with that light.
This pure consciousness begins to enter through your skin,
Through the layers of the dermis,
This pure consciousness.
This pure consciousness,
Healing light flows into your fascia and every single little nerve,
Little cell within the fascia.
It begins to flow into your muscles,
Your joints and ligaments,
Repairing,
Renewing,
Restoring.
It's as though this beautiful elixir is singing to you,
Shivo han,
Shivo han,
Shivo han,
I am wellness,
Shivo han,
Shivo han,
Shivo han.
That healing elixir flows through your nerves,
Into your veins and arteries.
It's flowing into every organ,
Into your bones,
Into your cells,
Into your brain and all your systems.
It flows into your chakras,
Every meridian point,
Flows through your nadis,
The rivers of your body.
It balances your prana,
The five winds within the body,
The values.
It draws deeply inward into your soul self,
Very essence of your being and reminds you that this is your true essence.
This is your true essence.
This is your truth.
Whole.
Complete.
Limitless.
Pure consciousness.
Hambra Masmi.
Allow yourself to be full and feel waves of consciousness through your being,
Repairing,
Renewing,
Restoring.
Shivo han,
Shivo han,
Shivo han,
I am wellness,
Ahambra masmi,
Ahambra masmi,
Ahambra masmi,
I am the universe.
And so you rise.
Your consciousness rises up and you draw your awareness back beyond wisdom.
Beyond knowledge.
Beyond the universes.
Back through the galaxy.
And back into your awareness of the earth and the present moment.
You draw your awareness back into the space you occupy and you notice the walls,
Windows,
The doors,
Ceiling,
The floor.
You notice where you are right now.
At this moment.
You take a big breath in and out.
The breath in your body reminds you that you have life.
What a gift.
So in this present moment,
Breath in your body.
With the wonderful life that you have.
Take it back and open your eyes.
Namaste.
