This is Pandora.
Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation to discover your true happiness.
Let's start by getting into a comfortable position.
Listen to your body and choose a resting position that resonates with you right now.
There's no perfect answer,
There's no perfect position.
Close your eyes and let's begin to relax.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Soften your shoulders and your neck.
Inhale again and use your next exhale to let go of any tension that you feel around your body.
Check in with yourself.
What spots are feeling extra tense right now?
Use this next breath to release those.
Inhale,
Exhale and release all the tension.
Allow your body to relax,
Melting away all the stress and tension.
Notice that pleasant feeling that comes as a result of this change and use that feeling in your body.
Allow it to transform into a feeling of gratitude,
Gratitude for your mind,
Gratitude for being who you are,
For being present here right now in this moment and grounding your energy.
Take your attention back to your body.
Notice how it's feeling.
What does this gratitude do for you?
How does it help you?
Are you feeling that shift?
Take gratitude with every cell in your body.
Take another deep breath.
Gently focus your attention on your breath.
Feel the air passing through your nostrils,
Bringing that vitality to your body.
Deepen your connection to your breath.
Feel thankful for it,
Grateful to be able to breathe moment by moment.
Breathe in,
Bringing clarity and joy and when you exhale,
Feel calm and at peace.
And now bring to your mind a happy memory,
Any memory where you felt happy or fulfilled.
Don't pressure yourself,
Don't rush.
You'll think of one.
Do you have it?
Okay,
Good.
Now visualize that moment in your mind.
You want to replay that scene and step into it like it's really happening right now.
How does it feel?
Who's there with you?
Is there someone special standing with you?
Can you tap into that feeling of happiness?
Where do you feel that in your body?
Is that happiness coming from your heart,
From the center of your chest?
Or is it like butterflies in your tummy?
Where is it coming from?
Once you find the location of that feeling,
You want to tap into it.
Go deeper into that feeling.
Sit with it there for a minute.
How does your mind feel?
How are you feeling in your head right now,
Now that you're in this feeling,
Plugged into that moment of perfect happiness?
How does the happiness manifest in your mind?
Get fully immersed in that feeling.
Allow yourself to expand it.
Amplify the feeling so much that it embraces your whole being.
You feel it everywhere?
Good.
Now release the image and stay just in that feeling,
That feeling that you've created.
Unconditional happiness doesn't need a cause.
Your happiness is right there.
It's within you.
It's in your nature.
Stay with this feeling and recognize yourself within it.
With this realization,
Bring a smile to your face.
Allow yourself that happiness,
Knowing that you are here in the center of this feeling,
In this room and beyond the room.
Your feeling of true happiness is getting bigger and bigger.
It's expanding.
It's glowing.
It's making you grow stronger.
You can expand that energy out even further.
Have it contain the whole room and expand out the whole building that you're in and make that happy bubble go bigger.
It's your whole neighborhood right now.
Take a deep breath and expand it one time bigger.
It's your whole city.
You have created this energy of happiness.
It's expanding in all directions from you,
Above you,
Below you,
In front of you,
Behind you,
Out to the sides.
And expand it one more time even bigger,
All the way around the planet earth.
You have given that energy back.
You're helping people by shifting your energy,
Being in that space of true happiness and sharing it with the world.
Stay here in this energy,
This glow of happiness.
Enjoy it.
This is your perfect state,
Perfect state of joy and happiness.
Because you're here with this feeling,
Remember this feeling is your natural state.
You can return to it at any time.
Make a mental note to come back to this place of happiness during your daily life.
Make it a habit.
Get comfortable in this habit and manifest the happiness in your personal world and in the world around you.
Bring this happiness to others around you too.
By shifting your energy and being in this space of pure happiness,
The people who you come in contact to on a daily basis will feel it.
They'll see it coming off of you.
You'll be glowing and you're going to start a new trend.
You're going to impact and help the people around you by being in your perfect state,
Your state of happiness and joy.
Let's take a moment and bring your attention back to your breath.
We're going to take two more deep breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more.
Exhale.
Feel grateful for rediscovering your inner happiness.
Grateful for each breath.
Grateful for the clarity and presence in this moment.
Whenever you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Bring that smile back to your face and remember this happiness is your perfect state.
You carry it with you at all times.
All you have to do is plug back into it.
