David Sudar

A former Theravāda Buddhist monk, David Sudar has spent over 3 years on silent meditation retreats, including an intensive 21-month retreat in Myanmar with his core teacher, Sayadaw U Tejaniya. Known for his down-to-earth and relaxed approach, he teaches Insight/Vipassana Meditation and Buddhist philosophy in a way that students can weave into their daily lives and realize genuine love, joy, and peace. He is a full-time dharma teacher, working completely on donation (dāna). His offerings include leading a 1-on-1 mentorship program, a daily virtual sangha, as well as regular writings, guided meditations, daylong retreats, and live courses.
