We begin by taking a deep breath and allowing the exhalation to relax our entire body.
Allow relaxation to soothe the crown of your head and as it cascades gently it makes its way to your feet.
With every breath in and every breath out you relax deeper and deeper.
Moving with our breath to a time of stillness,
Breathing our way to a place where we can rest in tranquility and peace.
Now slowly begin to count backwards from five to one with each breath.
From this place of calm and peace I speak these words into this space on our behalf.
Resting in these times of stillness with a relaxed body and an elevated mind,
I do not shrink from what is yet to be or that which is still to be illumined.
As the mist of unknowing clears,
Divine light guides my way and I am directed by the source of all wisdom on how to live the most complete expression of my best life.
I have dominion over my thoughts and actions and I bring a spirit of peace to all my undertakings and choices.
I am living my best life now.
I embrace it.
I deserve it.
And I am truly grateful for all of it.
And so it is.
And so we let it be now.
Take in another deep breath.
Exhale.
And bring your attention back to this present moment and let this truth trail you into the rest of your day.
