Welcome to Day 36,

The Real You.

Take a moment and let everything come to rest,

In its own pace.

No need to push anything or make anything happen.

Just let everything be as it is.

S Feel each breath,

Air coming in and air going out.

Who are you?

Often we reply with our name.

I'm Albin.

But that's something our parents gave us.

Names can change.

Sometimes we identify with our profession.

I'm a doctor.

I'm a farmer.

I'm a cleaner.

An artist.

Or our personality.

I'm joyful,

Lazy.

I'm stubborn.

I'm ambitious.

But our profession can change.

And our personality is just a make-up of thousands of habits in the way we think,

Feel and act.

So,

Who are you,

Really?

There is something in your experience right now that has been with you ever since you were born.

Unchanged.

It's been with you when you grew up.

It's been witnessing all the changes inside of you and outside of you.

It's been the same through every relationship you had.

It's been the same when you've been sad,

Angry,

Happy,

Peaceful or stressed.

This is the real you.

This real you in your experience right now.

Producing all your thoughts,

Emotions,

Actions behind everything and inside everything.

So let's take a moment to get to know yourself,

Who you really are,

By simply following the breath.

Feel each breath.

Air coming in and air going out.

Congratulations.

You've finished Day 36,

Wherever you are.
