Welcome to day five.

Begin by finding a comfortable position seated,

Lying down,

Standing or walking with a relaxed and awake posture.

You might want to stretch your back carefully and soften your shoulders.

See if you can relax your belly a bit and open your chest wide.

Now close your eyes and direct your attention to your breathing.

Focus on the physical sensations in the belly and chest of air that is flowing in and flowing out.

If you want you can put a hand on your belly.

Let your thoughts take care of themselves for a while and keep returning to your breath.

Just follow the inhalation and exhalation.

Again and again.

Did you know that we are actually living on the ocean floor at the bottom of the ocean of air.

You are constantly surrounded by this protective blanket that stretches around the whole planet.

Each breath you take is a wave in this endless ocean.

A wave that rises as you inhale and sinks as you exhale.

In every breath you change the atmosphere around you and likewise you change the atmosphere inside you.

This wave of breath washes up on your inner beach and the old castles of sand,

The old thoughts are replaced by new fresh thoughts.

In this process it's very natural that things are washed up that we might not like.

Challenging thoughts,

Worry,

Tension.

Just let all these experiences flow past you in the ocean of air.

One wave at a time,

One breath at a time.

You you Finish by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhaling and exhaling.

You might want to stretch your body and your arms before moving again.

You might want to stretch your body and your arms before moving again.

Thank you for your wise and poetic words. I love the metaphor of the ocean of air, the breath waves, the thought sandcastles and being an air-ocean diver :)

Happy to be an official air ocean diver now. Definitely feel more peaceful and when we feel more peaceful within it will be more peaceful around us. I believe with this ripple effect we can create world peace ✌🏼️
