This session invites you to: Travel Back in Time: Journey one week into the past, to the moment you committed to a future action during your initial meditation. Open the Energy Conduit: By expressing gratitude to your past self, you open a channel through which wisdom and energy flow freely between your past, present, and future selves. Embrace the Role of Guide: As your future self, offer guidance and insights to your past self, reinforcing the lessons learned and the growth achieved. Reflect and Journal: Take time to reflect on this unique experience, journaling your insights to solidify your learnings and intentions. Establish a Weekly Ritual: Make this a weekly practice, creating a continuous loop of growth, gratitude, and guidance through time.

This is part two of the weekly time travel practice.

Welcome,

Mystic.

It is time to fulfill your promise,

Complete the chain,

And open up the conduits of energy linking the past,

The present,

And the future.

By finding that thread of reality in the future and cultivating it with your attention,

You've brought yourself to life here in this present moment.

You made a commitment to go back in time,

Find yourself,

And be that future mystic thanking yourself.

There are stories,

And maybe you've had this experience,

Of one's future self appearing to give strength,

Wisdom,

A gift,

All in a profound,

Mystical moment.

You are that mystic,

And this weekly practice is about cultivating that ability.

We'll start by shifting our brainwave signature from beta to alpha.

Enter that space of infinite possibilities.

Then we'll find ourselves one week in the past.

Once there,

You'll fulfill your promise and give yourself anything else you'd like.

We'll have a few minutes to reflect and journal before we finish.

Finding a comfortable position where you feel safe enough to close your eyes and retreat from your senses,

We'll start with three deep cleansing breaths.

Breathing in through the nose and hold at the top.

And as you exhale through your nose,

Take as much time as you need.

There's no rush at all.

And take a second,

Deep cleansing breath,

Hold at the top.

And as you exhale,

Taking your time,

See if you can savor something about this moment,

Maybe savor your breath.

And take a third,

Deep cleansing breath,

Hold at the top.

And as you exhale,

Taking your time,

Savoring your breath,

See if you can relish this chance you have to be alive.

And let your breath fall into a regular but casual rhythm.

Breathing into the count of three or four and breathing out to the same count.

Listen to the sounds in your environment.

Feel the sensations in your body.

See the colors and textures on the back of your eyelids.

And notice this infinite void of space all around you full of real realities and potentials that flicker in and out of your awareness.

And your consciousness can move anywhere in this infinite space and time.

And we'll start to find ourselves one week in the past,

In that moment when you gave your focus,

Your awareness,

Your time,

And your energy to your future self.

It's time to fulfill the commitment that you made.

Thanking yourself for that generous moment and giving yourself anything else you'd like,

Energy,

Wisdom,

Knowledge,

Strength,

Simply spending a few moments with this incredible being.

And when you're ready,

We'll start to come back to the present moment,

To this body,

To this time,

Feeling your breath moving in and out of your lungs,

Sitting comfortably.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and take a few moments to journal about your experience,

Reflecting on this past week.

This meditation is part of my Monday Night Live cozy journaling by the fire at 10.

I hope to see you there in the future.

Thanks again,

Mystic.
