As you continue to breathe deeply,

Surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers.

The air is filled with a gentle breeze that carries with it the soothing scent of nature.

As you walk through this garden,

Feel the softness of the grass beneath your feet and the warmth of the sunlight on your skin.

Ahead of you,

You notice a peaceful pond,

Its surface reflecting the colors of the sky.

Approach the pond and sit down by its edge,

Feeling a sense of tranquility washing over you.

As you gaze into the water,

You notice the ripples gently moving across its surface,

Creating a mesmerizing pattern.

With each ripple,

Imagine your worries and thoughts dissolving,
