As you're ready,
I invite you to take a nice deep breath,
Inhaling up through the abdomen and into the stomach and all the way up into the chest.
As you exhale,
Releasing any place you are holding in the body.
Now,
Begin to connect yourself with your natural,
Normal breath.
Imagine yourself in the midst of a green forest.
The buds on the trees are just beginning to emerge.
As you inhale,
You can smell the scent of the earth and notice the dew of spring around you.
Buds of all color begin to emerge.
Daffodils,
Tulips,
Lily of the valley.
A bee buzzes by,
Making a cheerful sound as you settle in to watch the spring emerge.
Take a moment to be present in this moment,
Absorbing all of the sights and the sounds around you.
Feel the soft,
Warm breeze tune into the sounds of the birds and the squirrels and the rustle of the leaves in the trees.
Turn to the right.
Notice that the leaves have begun to emerge,
Unfurling.
The flowers are in full bloom.
It is summer.
Notice how the world around you has changed.
What new smells,
Sounds,
Sights,
And feelings exist in this new environment?
Take a moment to observe all of the sensations around you and everything that is arising.
What is arriving for you here?
What do you notice?
Settle more fully into this moment,
Embracing the world around you.
Feel your connection to the trees,
The birds,
The earth,
And the sky.
Take a moment to be present in this moment,
Absorbing all of the sights and sounds around you.
Settle more deeply into this experience.
Turn to the right.
Notice that the green leaves have begun to change to vibrant shades of yellow,
Orange,
And red.
As you watch,
A breeze stirs the leaves,
Knocking some of them loose to meet other brown leaves on the ground.
Tune in to the sights,
The sounds,
The smells,
The sensation of the autumn breeze against your skin.

What does the air feel like?

Feel your connection with the world.

The trees are bare.
Snowflakes gently drift past you,
Making tiny kisses on your skin.
The sky is gray and moist.
Inhale in the cold air.
Expel it out of your lungs,
Noticing the smoke of your warm breath as it leaves your body.
Notice what you observe within your field of experience.
Take a moment to be present in this moment,
Absorbing all of the sights and sounds around you.
Feel yourself sinking more deeply into the earth.

Arrive back at spring again.
