Find a comfortable position in bed,

Allowing your body to relax completely.

Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.

Breathing deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

As you settle into a state of relaxation,

Let go of the events of the day and any distractions.

Lingering thoughts.

This is your time to unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

Allow the soothing music and gentle guidance to create a peaceful atmosphere around you.

Start by bringing your awareness to the contact points between your body and the surface beneath you.

Feel the support beneath you,

Grounding you in this present moment.

Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Shift your attention to your toes and feet.

Notice any sensations you may feel in this area.

Warmth,

Tingling,

Or tension.

With each breath,

Consciously relax and release any tension in your toes and feet.

Move your awareness up to your legs and knees.

Feel the weight of your legs sinking into the surface beneath you.

Allow your muscles to soften and any tightness to dissolve as you breathe deeply.

Slowly bring your attention to your hips and pelvis.
