Take a deep breath.
Let all the noise drift away.
Let's clock out and tune in.
Here's Affirmations for Codependency Recovery Part 3.
We live in a society that glorifies,
Celebrates,
And rewards codependency.
To take steps towards unlearning society's faults,
Today's guided affirmations are for victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse,
Including those who have the tendency to people please or struggle with any form of codependency.
Takers aren't welcome in my life.
Only reciprocity.
I cannot want more for another person.
If they don't want more for themselves.
I have no room for resentment in my life.
Resentment isn't welcome in my energy field.
I close my energy body off to anger and resentment.
I do that by healing.
I do that by being authentic.
I do that by being honest with everyone and myself.
I do that by seeing the warning signs of codependency.
I do that by cutting toxicity out of my life.
I do that by working on myself.
I do that by protecting my privacy.
I do that by protecting my peace.
I do that by forgiving.
It's time I tend to my own needs.
It's time I walk away from toxicity.
It's time I voice my needs and enforce my boundaries.
It's time to reinvest in me.
I'm independent and confident.
I am capable of whatever I put my mind to.
I break toxic patterns of behavior and cycles.
I break free from my vices.
I break free from control.
Because I have no time for chains.
I have no time for burdens.
I have no time for guilt.
I have no time for shame.
I divorce myself from the extremes.
Because I am moving on with my life.
I once believed in not leaving anyone behind.
I realize now that is a codependent belief.
If someone is not healthy for me,
If someone does not want to do their work,
If someone is trying to hold me back or keep me stuck,
If someone cannot meet me halfway,
If someone refuses to acknowledge the authority I have over my own being,
I give myself permission to leave them all behind.
They cannot come with me.
They are not welcome to siphon off my energy.
Regardless of their titles,
Regardless of our connection,
Regardless of their perceived authority,
Regardless of their perceived authority,
At every leap,
At every turn,
At every obstacle,
I choose healing.
I choose me.
I choose peace.
I choose my peace.
I choose to honor me.
I choose life after confusion and chaos.
I choose me and my sanity.
I choose healthy living.
I choose a happy,
Healthy life.
I choose codependency recovery.
I choose to validate and care for myself.
I choose to love myself.
I choose to love myself.
I choose to love myself.
I choose to love myself.
I choose to love myself.
