This guided journey will take you to the essential parts of your energetic self.
Your aura is an electromagnetic energy field formed by electric impulses that surround the body.
Aura is an important part on which we often pick up on and call it a vibe when meeting someone.
We sense the energy a person projects,
Others can outright see outlined colours of the aura.
Our aura can become cluttered through interactions with others,
Through consuming high amounts of information and situations we find ourselves in which negatively impact us.
If you feel sluggish,
Irritated,
Anxious or unwell for no good reason,
You may be picking up emotions and energies from other people,
Creating energy and energy debris and an auric cleanse could be the solution therapy for you.
In this aura therapeutic meditation,
We will explore,
Cleanse and reset 7 layers of your aura.
Each auric layer is different in depth and size.
In a healthy state,
The entire aura can extend several feet and is very bright in colour.
In a depleted state,
The auric field will be small and dull.
I will guide you through each layer of your aura to bring it into balance so it can radiate wide and strong,
Bringing you a healthier and lighter life experience.
To access these subtle,
Energetic parts of ourselves,
We have to dim the louder aspects,
The outside life,
Our thoughts.
So let's begin there.
Let's go on a journey of exploring the subtle energy world of your aura.
Welcome yourself in a seated position.
If you prefer to lay down,
Please feel free to do so.
Make sure your body is straight,
Unfurling up,
Crown of the head extending into the sky or behind you.
Feel yourself extend through your spine and neck.
Shoulders rolling up,
Back and down,
Your jaw unclenched,
Your eyes closed and your face relaxed.
Good.
Now begin to tune into the subtleties of your body.
Begin to listen to your breath.
Listen to the breath from the body rather than the mind.
Feel the breath erupting spontaneously across the body.
Come into a surplus in your breathing,
Creating a larger wave of the breath.
Notice how easily your body provides that bigger breath.
Notice that the breath is not only present within the body,
But that also it is part of your energy body.
The life force of the breath is present in the tingles you may feel in your body.
It is alive within the vibrations of breath that extend outside of your skin.
Beginning there,
Just outside of your skin.
Feel the first layer of your aura.
Feel it vibrating.
This is the etheric layer.
It is the outline around the body.
Visualise it in the bluish grey colour.
As it is the closest to your body,
It is connected to all the physical aspects of you and your five senses.
It is connected to your organs,
Glands,
Muscles and your bones.
Any imbalances within the etheric layer may manifest in physical pain within the body.
So,
To repair this layer of physical stability,
I want you to visualise,
To invite the all-healing white light.
Feel yourself being surrounded with the light that is powerful enough to heal anything,
To redirect any being towards the pure state of health.
Breathe the white light in and see it saturate the first layer of your aura.
Breathe with the light,
Raising your vibration in this layer of your aura.
Feel any impurities to leave the field.
Feel your body easing up as your vibration rises.
Your senses becoming stronger.
Say your mantra,
I breathe,
I belong,
I am vibrant.
Feel the first layer of your aura coming into balance now.
Hear your body saying thank you to you.
Good.
Now moving outside of the first layer and into the second,
Astral aura layer.
This layer reflects your feelings and mood.
Here your emotional memories and experiences are stored.
This layer can be any of the rainbow colours and if you are in an emotional distress at this time,
This layer can see murky.
Any colour you see is okay.
That is why we are here to bring more health and balance.
What colour do you see?
If you feel emotional,
Let the emotions express itself.
It's okay to feel.
Be with your emotions.
Emotions are temporary if we allow them to be seen.
Accept what you feel.
Now invite the white light and let the emotions naturally flow into the sheer white glow.
See your second layer being encompassed with the powerful white light.
Feel your vibration rising.
Say your mantra,
I am open to change.
Allow yourself to become lighter.
Your emotions seen and released.
Beautiful.

Focus on the third layer of your aura.
Lower aura layer,
Also known as the mental-psychological body.
This layer is connected to your thinking patterns.
This layer is engaged when we are working,
Studying or focusing on the task.
Feel into this layer and its vibrant hue of yellow.
If you tend to have overreactive thoughts,
This layer may be an intense yellow colour.
And if the opposite is true and you feel melancholy or even anxiousness,
The yellow may seem muted.
Other imbalances in the physical form can manifest through stomach,
Liver,
Gallbladder,
Adrenal glands and sympathetic nervous system.
And with this practice,
We will bring it all in balance regardless.
So what colour do you see?
Now let's bring positive stimulation to this layer.
With your intention,
Call in the white light and begin to feel the purification.
Send healing light,
Healing breath and energy to this layer.
Feel your vibration rising.
Say your mantra,
I choose stability and balance.
Feel the white light to surge deep into the third layer,
Making it healthy and vibrant.
Powerful.
Now,
Sweet soul,
We are moving out and onto the fourth,
Astral layer.
It is the bridge between other layers and it connects to love,
Well-being and your life balance.
This is the doorway for you to generate goals and even have out of body experiences.
Visualise this layer emitting its pink or rosy vibration.
Feel and see if you can sense here any astral cords that connect you to others.
If you feel that you may have an imbalance in this auric layer which can be felt through issues with the heart,
Circulatory system or cellular structure.
If this is true,
That is okay.
It is just information to take action.
So let's call in the thick white light to penetrate this layer of your aura with its healing vibration.
Feel the white light envelope you.
Feel any inner conflicts dissipate and love to flow in now.
Feel the healing light to bring balance within your heart.
Breathe in.
Feel your vibration rising.

See this part of your aura to glow brighter pink now.
Moving on now into the fifth layer,
The etheric temple of your aura.
It is a duplicate of your physical body on the spiritual plane.
It represents the entire blueprint of your physical body.
So when you are healing your physical body in any way,
First the healing happens here on the etheric template layer.
This aura also carries everything you create on this physical level,
Including your identity and personality.
This layer can vary in any colour.
What is your colour on this layer at this moment?
Tune in.
This layer shines bright when you express your truth and know who you are.
When you connect with other people,
Share with others on a spiritual and creative levels.
Within this auric layer,
When unbalanced,
Is where we experience physical pain.
Other imbalances relate to throat,
Jaw,
Lungs and vocal cords.
Tune into it.
Is it requesting more balance?
Begin to expand the white light into the etheric template layer.
As the white light expands,
Feel it push out unwanted energies.
Feel it balance your energy.
Feel it to raise your vibration.
Say your mantra,
I honour and let my truth be known.
So powerful.
You are doing such positive work here and you will feel it multiply in positive manifestations across your being and your daily life over time.

Almost there.
Now moving out and into the sixth layer of your auric field.
This layer has high vibrations that connect you with the divine world.
It is also connected to your third eye and through this auric field you can receive messages from angels and spiritual beings.
Tune into its indigo or deep purple or even pearly white colour.
Tune in to see which colour is yours.
If you feel like at the moment this layer is out of alignment,
This can show up in the symptoms of poor memory,
Sinus,
Weaker central nervous system,
Issues in the left eye or pituitary gland,
Then we are here to help it.
To strengthen this part of your auric field we need to invite unconditional love.
A love greater than our ego selves.
A love so great which creates oneness.
Call in the healing white light into the auric layer.
Call in your unconditional love.
Feel the white light to cleanse and push what is stagnant out of your aura.
Breathe into it.
Raise your vibration.
Say your mantra.
I sense,
Therefore I know.
Feel the process of your enlightenment to speed up.
Feel your ability to communicate with the spirit world amplify.
As the white light takes over now,
Feel your intuition to become sensitive and your awareness to deepen.

You are now reaching the most outer layer of your aura,
Seventh layer,
The cathedric template.
The colour of it is vividly golden or white and this is a symbol of your spirit.
In its powerful vibration you hold all the information about your soul in all the lifetimes.
This powerful vibration guides you on your lifetime right now as through this layer your thoughts and your soul connect and communicate.
Feel it.
Feel its vibration.
It is the highest frequency of all the auric layers.
If you feel that this layer is somewhat out of balance,
It can show up in the physical symptoms.
In the right eye,
Cerebellum,
Pineal gland.
Also in the imbalanced state we believe the self is superior to others,
Judge others and use negatively selfish behaviour.
This is the moment to acknowledge if any of this may be true and to bring things into balance.
This is important as this final layer keep each individual layer balanced in harmony.
Visualise the healing white light effortlessly enter your aura's outer layer.
Moving any impurities out.
See the colour of this layer to become vivid.
Feel its energy to magnify,
Rippling outward.
Breathe into it.
Feel your vibration rising.
Say your mantra,
I am love,
I am light,
I am divinely guided.
Now see and feel the mighty white light expanding from your core,
Pushing outward through all Feel the white light combing through all of your auric layers outward.
Feel the white light travelling,
Expanding,
Shaking off any energetic impurities,
Pushing out any remaining unwanted energy.
Glancing,
Balancing the energy of your aura.
Feel your vibration rising high,
Reaching its full potential.
Now see the white light settling around your body and the auric layers like a healing protective shield.
Your aura is radiating pure,
Healthy energy now,
Emitting positive intentions.
Your healthy aura is balancing your physical body,
Placing everything back into alignment,
Everything where it belongs.
Feel positivity and love shining through you.
Feel how connected you are to all that is,
Including yourself.
