Warm greetings and welcome to Purely Being Guided Meditations.
Set the space for ease by finding a quiet place to sit and breathe.
Close your eyes.
Exhale all the air from your lungs completely,
Like you're blowing out air from a straw,
Allowing for a full reset and refresh of your being.
Now draw in a deep,
Slow breath,
Sipping in as much air as you can,
And exhale completely.
Again just like that,
Inhaling deeply,
Expanding your torso in every direction,
Feeling yourself grow taller,
Broader,
And exhale,
Letting go,
Releasing completely,
Coming to stillness as you allow your breath to move without any effort or strain.
I invite you to drop in a little more deeply,
To see what's real and present here,
Dropping thought,
Opening your awareness inward,
Allowing for an inner glimpse of your dynamic felt state of being.
Remain soft in your sensing and spacious in your seeing.
There's nothing to evaluate here,
Nothing to add or remove anywhere.
You are an open field of non-judgemental awareness and honest acceptance,
Fully spacious and free,
Even and amidst feeling everything.
Scanning softly through your body,
Begin to sense for a place where there is perfect peace present,
Where in your body is there perfect peace,
A place within you that is wholly serene,
Needing nothing,
Simply being,
Living fully in the perfect peace of your natural,
Authentic being,
The peace that is already here,
Now,
Centering yourself in this peace by repeating after me,
My mind is quiet,
My body is still,
There is perfect peace beyond all activity,
This is where I exist and breathe,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Once more,
My mind is quiet,
My body is still,
There is perfect peace beneath all activity,
This is where I live,
Move,
And have my being,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Sense once more for the peace that is already present within your being,
Beyond and beneath all outer and inner activity,
Resting here,
Let's find 5 minutes of spaciousness here,
You'll hear a soft chime in my words every 30 seconds or so,
To support you in staying centered,
Releasing all thought,
And living in the inner peace of your being,

This peace lives in every particle of life,
Always present within,
Never apart from you,
Eternally available,
Right here,
Everywhere,
Take a soft,
Full inhale,
Drawing the air in deeply and slowly,
Into the base of your belly,
And an even slower exhale,
Sighing it out,
Pausing in the space at the bottom,
Acknowledging that this,
Too,
Is an access point for peace,
Beautiful,
Bring your awareness once more to your physicality,
And the tactile sensations of breathing and being,
Acknowledging softly in your heart,
Peace is who I always am,
Beneath the noise,
Beyond the activity,
This peace is unchanging and eternally present,
Peace is who I am,
