So thank you for joining me.

We'll just take these next couple minutes to just come to our center to allow our body and our mind to relax and to connect with our heart.

And so I just invite you to begin to close your eyes if that's available to you and just focus on your breath.

Just breathing in awareness of this moment and letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Breathing in awareness,

Letting go.

And as you breathe in,

Just gathering all of your energy,

Your thoughts,

Your attention from wherever you've scattered it.

Just bringing it back to this moment.

Just allowing your awareness to rest,

Maybe even just on the center of your chest as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Just allowing your chest to rise and to fall,

Bringing in awareness to that space,

To your heart center.

Allowing that to open and to let go of anything that doesn't serve it.

With your next out breath,

Just scanning your body for any tension you might be holding,

Any stress that might be there in your shoulders or your neck,

Your back,

Hips or legs,

Your arms.

Just softening any muscles that might be tense or stiff,

Letting go of any stress they might be carrying.

Allowing your awareness to rest on your face,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw.

Allowing those muscles to soften.

Your tongue is on the roof of your mouth,

Gently allowing that to drop down.

Allowing your attention to rest on your mind and your brain,

Just softening that.

Your mind and heart are often connected.

So just softening,

Softening your thoughts,

Softening the brain,

Just like you did the muscles.

You can just allow it to relax.

And then once again,

Allowing your attention to rest on your heart,

Just breathing in beautiful,

Clear light and energy into that space.

Folks sometimes like to imagine just a white light above you,

Just breathing in that beautiful white,

Clear energy down through the top of your head,

Clearing your mind and working its way down into your heart center.

Just flow into that heart center,

Clearing any blockages,

Just allowing it to be open,

Open to this moment,

Open to the love that surrounds it.

This beautiful,

Clear energy.

Breathing in and breathing out.

We'll just stay here just another moment or two,

Just allowing that beautiful white light or any color light that you actually like,

Just flowing down from above,

Refreshing your whole body,

The top of your head,

All the way down to your feet.

Just allowing that beautiful energy to refresh anything that needs to be refreshed.

Just radiating out from that heart center,

Light and love.

Just two more breaths.

And then slowly coming back,

Your attention resting on your heart center,

The middle of your chest,

Knowing that that is always with you.

Beautiful,

Clear,

Pure energy can radiate out from you,

Always present.

Allowing the white light that's above you to just gently remain there if that feels comfortable to you,

Knowing it's always available to you.

Bringing your attention back to your breath,

Back to your body as your body is in this space,

Feeling your feet grounded on the floor,

Getting a sense of your breath,

Taking in a couple more active breaths,

Feeling refreshed,

Ready to spread love and light wherever you go,

Knowing it is always with you and available to you.

When you're ready,

Bringing some movement back to your hands and feet,

Opening your eyes,

Knowing you can take with you from this meditation anything that served you and leave anything that didn't.
