Hi! I am "Quazzy." I have a love for collecting and processing information, in order to synthesis two or more ideas. I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2014. I also am a filmmaker and use multi-media as a way of communicating Spirituality. I am the founder of Running River Collective, a non-profit organization that brings wellness to underserved communities. whew. this was so enlightening. i take really great care of my own self but i hadn’t really journaled on the depth that it serves on my community (i’m Inuk from nunavut). i’m remembering how ‘hard’ it was before - addiction, victimless, anger, resentment, a soul crushing job for not enough money for people not as smart as me lol. thank you so much, nakurmiik. i shall keep coming back to remembering how i serve others through my own healing practices - both internally and externally.
