Through gentle somatic practices, she supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep inner child healing—without force or overwhelm. She weaves together circular connected breathwork, Usui Reiki, intuitive and psychic guidance, and grounding rituals to help clients reconnect with younger parts of themselves with compassion and reverence, restoring safety, trust, and embodied self-connection.
