A calm meditation to help visualize a future dream home. Going into what future senses will be picked up when being in the future dream home: sights, sounds, smells, taste, and touch. Let your imagination and dreams flow.

Sit or lay down,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

Imagine a bright ball of gold,

Yellow and white in the centre of your stomach.

And slowly the ball of light grows larger and the light expands.

It looks like a disco ball and the light shines throughout your whole body,

Filling you completely with love,

Light,

Grace and blessings.

The light beams carry on shining out past your body into a large ball of light that lovingly surrounds all of you.

You and this ball of golden light become transparent.

Now,

Picture your dream home.

See yourself standing in your favourite room in your dream home.

Your feet are bare and you feel the floor.

What does it feel like beneath your feet?

What do you smell in your dream home?

A fresh coffee?

Ocean breeze?

What two sounds can you hear?

Waves?

Music?

Laughter?

What do you see as you look around?

Beautiful ornaments?

Dream furniture?

Paintings?

Glass windows?

High ceilings?

A comfortable nook?

A large expansive room?

An ocean or forest through the window?

How do you feel?

What are your body sensations as you stand here in your dream house?

Now,

What might you taste?

This could be good fruits from breakfast,

Coffee lingering,

An exquisite meal you just ate.

Now,

You go into one room,

And this is your work area,

And this is your dream work area.

The feeling of excitement comes in as you enter this space,

Because it means creativity,

And fun,

And healthy excitement.

What do you see?

What is the light like in this room?

Place your hand on the wall and what do you feel?

What does this room smell like?

How do you feel inside?

This is your dream workspace.

Think of five things you see in this dream room.

You now leave the room,

And go towards the back door of the house and step outside.

You look up at the house,

And you can feel fulfilled and serene,

And you know you deserve this with love and light.

And enjoy living here.

This is your dream,

And seeing this house can bring a huge feeling of satisfaction,

And you can let out a deep breath of gratefulness.

Standing in the garden and facing away from the house,

What is your dream landscape that you can see?

The ocean?

Mountains?

A meadow?

Creek?

River?

Animals?

A vegetable garden?

Or flowers?

What your heart sings for most?

What does the ground feel like now beneath your toes and under your feet?

And name three sounds that can be heard outside.

You can feel gratitude for this being the joyous place you get to wake up to every day.

You can feel very satisfied that this is where you live now.

And what do you taste?

This could be the aroma of flowers nearby,

Fresh honey,

Sea salt spray from the ocean,

Fresh fruit from a nearby tree.

What do you smell?

Fresh dirt?

Sea air?

Fresh pine?

Or smoke billowing from the house's chimney?

This is all your dream.

And now how do you feel inside?

Feel the joyous,

Pleasant and exciting feelings.

Now you sit down into whatever dream chair you have in your garden.

You can lay back and serenity comes.

A feeling of complete peace,

Calm and bliss.

You made it.

So much peace and serenity.

Well done.

Enjoy sitting here for a moment.

Everything can wait for one more moment of complete calm and bliss.

Really taking in the feelings of home and surrounding yourself with what you dream of.

Now slowly coming back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feel your body and feel what supports you.

Feel your feet,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

Stomach,

Shoulders.

Wiggle your elbows and wrists.

And slowly open your eyes.

You can come back here whenever you like.

This meditation is now over.
