Describe your breath to yourself in the next 15 seconds.
What do you feel in your body?
Is anywhere speaking louder than others?
Where is the feeling in your physical body and can you describe the physical feeling?
This could be something such as tingling,
Pressure,
Tenseness,
Pain,
Lightness or however else you want to describe it.
Can you describe your emotions?
Use as many words as you like.
Describe your own emotions,
Only your own.
This is precious time with yourself to be with you.
It's okay if you can't describe them too.
Here are some examples that you might want to choose from.
Lonely,
Hopeless,
Distant,
Scared,
Sad,
Upset or shocked.
Use the next 30 seconds to describe to yourself what emotions you are feeling.

This could have been an action,
A person,
A place or a thought.

Shaming or belittling.

Now what do you need?

Two or three loving things that can help you right now,
That you can do for yourself?
This could be placing your hand on your arm,
On your heart,
On your belly or giving yourself a hug,
Hugging a stuffed toy,
Resting,
Taking calm loving breaths with yourself,
Journaling or something else.
