Rae (They/She) is a registered psychotherapist specializing in LGBTQ2SIA care and complex trauma recovery and has been a dedicated student of mindfulness since 2006. Rae’s meditations are influenced by the Vipassana tradition and somatic forms of therapy that encourage embodied approaches to healing and personal growth.
