Join me for a guided meditation to relax the mind and body.

Melt into your essence,

Melt into your heart.

Go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Hold it,

And out through your mouth.

And go ahead and breathe in through your heart center,

Breathing in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

And allow yourself to relax and let go.

Imagine yourself on the most comfortable raft in the ocean.

The waves are calm and gentle.

You can smell the scent of the salty air.

The sea breeze blows against your cheek.

You breathe in more oxygen and feel nourished and filled with vitality.

Allow your entire body to relax as you imagine yourself on this comfortable raft.

Relaxing your eyelids,

Relaxing your forehead,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relax your cheeks,

Relax the neck,

Relax your upper back,

Relax the mind,

Relax the mid-back,

And lower back.

Feel yourself being supported and nourished by nature,

Relaxing your thighs,

Relaxing the knees.

Go at your own pace,

Relaxing your calves,

And your ankles,

And your feet.

Relax your toes,

Relaxing your arms,

Wrists,

Fingers.

And go ahead and melt into that raft and feel yourself being supported out in nature.

And notice as you let the wave move you,

Letting go of control,

And just being here now.

And the wind gently blows you on shore.

The raft safely lands against the seashore.

And you get off the raft and you notice the most beautiful path,

A beautiful golden path with flowers on either side.

You walk along this path and with each step that you take,

Notice and allow yourself to let go even more.

Feeling more in alignment with yourself,

More relaxed,

Walking along your path,

The perfect place.

And you smell the most beautiful scent from the flowers.

And with each step you take,

Allow yourself to let go a little bit more.

And you continue to walk and you see the most beautiful rose.

And it's the biggest rose you've ever seen.

And you take a moment and you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Breathing in the freshness and vitality of that flower.

You are now filling yourself with the vitality,

Nourishment,

And connection through your breath,

Being filled with nature,

The cool breeze.

Take a moment in silence to just be here now.

And as you continue to walk,

You notice there's a pool of water and you go forward into the water and your feet get immersed by this beautiful healing pool of water.

It has the perfect temperature and you feel your ankles.

Feel the water against your ankles,

Knees and waist.

And you notice that this pool of water has the most beautiful color.

And so go ahead if there's anything you no longer need.

Experience yourself cleansing yourself from anything you no longer need in this water.

Worried thoughts you're releasing,

Fears or concerns,

Or even mild frustration,

Whatever you no longer need.

And you experience a deep peace in this pool of water.

You float effortlessly,

Letting go.

And the more you let go,

The more relaxed you feel.

And the more relaxed you feel,

The easier it is to let go.

Allow that to happen now.

And now you can go ahead and walk out of the water.

And you look up into the big beautiful vastness of the sky and allow yourself to experience this interconnection between you and this magnificent universe.

And you step out of the water and look up into the big blue sky,

Feeling more connected to everything around you.

And when you're ready,

You can go ahead and gently open your eyes and welcome to a brand new day.
