I'm going to ask you to go to a place where you can relax and disconnect from outside noise.
We're going to let go of your day and empty your mind.

Close your eyes.
And with your eyes closed,
Observe how you feel right now.

Now you're going to quickly review your day.
How was your day today?
And now you're going to let go of the idea of whether today was a good day or if it was a bad day.
All right.
And now just empty your mind and feel your breath.
And feel what's in your heart.
Now you can rearrange your body to settle into an even more comfortable position.
Preparing for deep sleep and deep rest.
That's it.
Now take a deep breath in and release the air.
That's it.
Your hands and your arms resting comfortably in a comfortable position for you.
Breathing naturally and effortlessly.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And with each breath,
You'll feel how your body feels heavier.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Releasing any tension in your forehead.
And relaxing your forehead.
Relaxing all the muscles in your face.
Feeling how your eyes feel heavier.
Your jaw relaxes more and more.
Inhaling and exhaling comfortably.
Letting go of everything.

There is no need to hold on to anything.
Allow yourself the opportunity to let go of everything.
And relax more and more.
Feeling this great feeling of tranquility,

And this beautiful energy of love inside of you.

Letting go of your shoulders and your neck.
Relaxing your shoulders even more and your neck even more.
Feeling how your shoulders feel heavier.
Letting go of all the stress from the day and any pressure or tension that may have stuck with you from the day.
Let it go and relax more and more.
Let's give your arms a chance to rest and feel how your arms become heavier and heavier with each breath.
Loosening your arms more and more.
Feeling how your heart is beating more and more comfortably.
With each inhalation and exhalation.
Feeling how your body fills with life by breathing pure oxygen.
Feeling you of the great spiritual force that exists within you.
And that gives you the opportunity to experience so many things in this life.
Things that have given you so much.
Special moments that have taught you certain lessons that you can be grateful for.
Things they left you with more inner strength and which gives you more peace and satisfaction.
Simply existing on this planet earth.
Things as simple and magical as when you're taking a shower and you feel the water dripping down your body.
Or the smell of wet soil after it rains.
Or being able to listen to birds singing.
Special moments.
Moments that leave you with something behind.
Your healing power that is within.
Continue breathing,
Inhaling,
And exhaling.
And with each breath,
You can feel how your heart opens more and more to gratitude,
Love,
And kindness towards others which exists in your nature,
In your essence.
Because you deserve to be happy.

You are a part of everything.

Just let your energy adjust to create whatever changes your mind deems necessary.

Listening to the music and allowing your body to recharge its batteries while you fill yourself with love,
Serenity and a deep and pleasant relaxation.
