Welcome to this meditation Let's begin by finding somewhere comfortable to sit,
Stand or lie down Listen to your body Trust that it knows exactly what to do right now Begin taking nice deep breaths In through the nose and out through the mouth like you're blowing out a candle With each breath in imagine you are filling up your belly like a balloon bringing in as much new clean oxygen into your body and as you breathe out pushing out all the air that no longer serves us letting go of all the things we no longer need on our path Allow the eyes to gently close and begin to relax and melt into your body all the muscles softening being aware of any tension and letting everything simply melt away I want you to take your attention to your heart space and start to bring some warm,
Light,
Glowing energy here Perhaps you are visualising a colour in this space I want you to recognise how deeply loving and kind it is for you to take this time for yourself for you to give your body,
Your soul,
Your mind some peace and nurturing Look at how you are loving yourself Notice how courageous it is simply to be here with yourself,
With this time,
With the breath How brave you are to commit to loving yourself to forgiving yourself to releasing any guilt,
Any pain,
Any fear You don't need to feel these things anymore Bring in love to that heart space compassion,
Kindness,
Joy The journey to learning to love yourself is also the journey to learning to trust yourself Trusting yourself will become the most important guide in your life and the more you connect with you,
The more you build this trust the more you honour your truths,
Your feelings the more peace you will have throughout your life at how you are loving yourself You are doing so much better than you think simply by being here You have so much more power than you believe simply by being you Fill this heart space with all of this courage,

Bravery,
Hope,
Love,
Joy Imagine all of this feeling,
This glowing warm heart space expanding throughout your whole body all the way through the veins the beating heart that pushes the blood through your body pushes this light and joy and hope and courage As you notice this feeling of love encompassing your whole body now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room Notice any sounds outside of my voice any smells or sensations perhaps wiggle the fingers or toes have a stretch if you need to and slowly at your own pace gently blink the eyes open and come back into the room
