Pause & Reconnect: A 5-Minute Mindfulness Reset
The purpose of this practice is to connect with how we feel in this present moment, on the level of the body and mind. We start by directing the attention to the breath noticing how it is right now, then to the body and sensations, then to the mind and to thoughts, and finally to emotions or feelings. Investigating, observing with curiosity and without interfering, without reacting.
