Details

Set within the rolling hills of the Peak District, our retreat home is surrounded by expansive landscapes, open skies and timeless countryside. Refined interiors meet natural beauty, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury where every detail invites rest, presence and a deep exhale. The Peak District offers something for everyone, from scenic hikes and wild swimming to charming villages and quiet moments of stillness. This is a place to explore, unwind and reconnect with nature at your own pace. A 4 day immersive retreat in the Peak District, created for rest, reconnection and deep nourishment. Through yoga, meditation, restorative rituals and time in nature, this retreat offers space to slow down, soften and return to yourself — held within a beautifully curated countryside sanctuary. Mornings begin with yoga and meditation in a light-filled space, guiding you into strength, fluidity and inner calm. Practices are spacious and grounding, designed to support both body and nervous system. Between sessions, you’re invited to follow what feels most nourishing — swim in the indoor pool, walk one of the many Peak District trails, journal overlooking the hills, or simply rest. Evenings are devoted to restoration and connection, with Yin yoga, sound healing, and time to soak in the hot tub or gather by the fire as the day gently unwinds.

Location

England, United Kingdom

Peak District National Park is a sweeping landscape of rolling hills, dramatic gritstone edges, limestone valleys, and windswept moorlands in central England. Established as the UK’s first national park, it offers a rich mix of rugged natural beauty and pastoral charm, with dry stone walls, grazing sheep, and picturesque villages woven into the scenery. Visitors come for hiking, cycling, rock climbing, and exploring historic estates such as Chatsworth House, as well as for the peaceful expanses of the Dark Peak and the gentler dales of the White Peak. Easily accessible from cities like Manchester and Sheffield, the park provides a refreshing escape into wide-open countryside and timeless English landscapes.

Testimonials

info

I’ve always quite liked the idea of a yoga retreat but they’ve often seemed unattainable and exclusive. This retreat, however was exactly what I was looking for. The retreat is perfect for experienced yogis and beginners/adhoc yogis like myself! There was a great balance of practices as well as time to really relax and unwind. If you’ve been thinking about a yoga retreat and you come across a SoulSpace one, just book a space, you won’t regret it.
