Testimonials

info

I spent one week at the Shamana Yoga Retreat, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. Everything was beautifully thought through from beginning to end. Each day was dedicated to one element, which gave the week a deep sense of structure, intention, and flow. The yoga practice was very holistic, and Eran brings an incredible amount of Ayurvedic wisdom into everything he shares. Beyond the yoga, we enjoyed a wide variety of workshops and activities: singing, dancing, sound healing, and other powerful ceremonies that made the experience truly special. You can genuinely feel how much love and care Batya and Eran put into both the preparation and the execution of every activity. Their lifestyle is deeply inspiring, and they create a space that feels welcoming and authentic. We truly felt like part of the Shamana family, sharing all our meals together and connecting on a heart level. After the week, I felt deeply nourished, connected, and cleansed, both physically and emotionally. The food was always fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. I would come back anytime without hesitation and can wholeheartedly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking a meaningful, soulful, and transformative experience.

Carina Brandt, Germany

"I really loved my experience on the retreat and I have definitely come away with a new lust for life. Not only was Batya and Eran great to talk to, they were a fountain of information and knowledge. I simply hadn't expect to learn as much from them as I did. My eyes have been open to Ayurveda and I now have tools of how to work some of be practice into my life. We were able to look out onto the lake and the volcanoes as we practiced our morning sessions which, really added to be majesty of it all. Thank you so much for such a life changing week."

Celine Steffi, Norway

It was one of the best retreats i ever had! The yoga classes from Eran were brilliant andvariable with very nice music and the daily cacao from Batya was so delicious. All the ceremonies, events and excursions we have done were really amazing. It was a nice small group where you really felt comfortable. The daily food was also so delicious and it was nice to consume it together in the nice family house. Really recommended!
