Details

This Yoga Nidra training program, led by a certified meditation and Yoga teacher and senior iRest Trainer, offers participants a comprehensive and immersive experience. Throughout the course, attendees will engage in multiple Yoga Nidra practices, including iRest® Yoga Nidra, to gain a profound embodied understanding of the practice. The training is tailored for meditation teachers, yoga instructors, yoga therapists, and allied health professionals, equipping them to deliver Yoga Nidra as a powerful healing modality to their students and clients. Participants will explore the philosophy of Yoga Nidra, including its definition, origins, and purpose from an Eastern perspective, as well as the significance of Sankalpa. Additionally, they will delve into the physiological aspects, such as the importance of time, rhythm, rest, and the neurobiology of brain waves in the stages of Yoga Nidra. The psychological dimension will also be covered, focusing on inducing rest through Neurophysiological Psychology. Overall, the program provides a fully immersive experience in the foundations, applications, and teaching methodologies of Yoga Nidra.

Schedule

The retreat offers a balanced blend of guided meditation, mindful movement, and reflective practices, complemented by nourishing vegetarian meals and ample free time for rest and connection with nature. Each day is thoughtfully designed to support deep relaxation, personal insight, and holistic well-being. Retreat days start from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm daily. The daily schedule will be shared with participants upon confirmation of booking slots.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 365 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 365 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 365 days before the retreat begins.
