Through meditation, gentle movement, reflective coaching, time in nature and plenty of space to simply be, you'll experience what becomes possible when your nervous system has the chance to settle and you no longer have to keep holding everything together. With small group numbers, experienced facilitation and a thoughtfully held environment, you'll feel welcomed exactly as you are. Whether you're reading by the fire, walking beneath winter skies, sharing meaningful conversations or enjoying moments of quiet reflection, every part of the retreat is designed to create the conditions where you can hear yourself again. This is more than a few days away. It's an invitation to embrace your own season of wintering, to restore your energy, and to remember who you've always been.

If your heart is craving some time, a chance to rest fully in warm gentle surroundings, in a place where there is support as well as ample time to simply be – then this is the retreat for you. I arrived a little crumpled and I’m leaving with a sparkle in my eyes and trust in my soul. Beautiful!

Rhianna, UK

It has benefited me in more ways than I could have imagined. I have found me again.

Bryony, UK

From the moment I crossed the threshold, I felt a weight lift. I was held, I was seen, I was given the gift of sacred space that I so desperately needed. I was bone tired, exhausted, and wired. I leave refreshed, deeply embodied, grounded, and with laughter and joy in my heart. I am not sure there are enough words of gratitude, thank you.

Laura, UK

The care, compassion and love shown was beautiful. I’ve not felt at peace for a long time.
