Testimonials

info

I have loved the gentleness , the supportive structure & the repeated invitation through example , to soften. Meditating lying down has been a welcome revelation - thank you. It is a total reset of the nervous system. Be prepared to meet yourself and step away from your comfort zones but the sense of profound freedom and peace is so worth it. Do it.

No words. Julie is an amazing teacher with so much knowledge that she shared with us. I loved how Julie explained and guided us through everything in detail. The mudras she would share, she'd explain to us for what they are, how to, the origin, etc., everything in depth. For me her teaching truly taught me a lot. not just blindly copy-paste but soaking it in as a sponge, but all she taught, she gave us space to adapt it to our own 'liking'. What feels good for each one of us. truly amazing and inspiring. Very gentle teaching. The true meaning of yoga and meditation is taught by Julie. If you want to learn, love, and be, go to Julie's retreat. If you feel stuck or just want to experience, go here. It is transformative in all the best ways. Julie's retreat feels so different in more ways than one. The space she offers, the teaching is wonderful. And her way is unique.

Bliss. A salve for the soul. A beautiful and loving way to say thank you to yourself. Revelatory. I have not experienced anything so mindful, meditative, and slow before. Beautiful. It enabled me to begin a journey of connection with myself that is long overdue. The use of language and visualizations was also beautiful—so helpful in creating a sense of connectedness.

Rachel, UK

Julie opens a unique space to come to peace and ease in community. Her meditation and yoga teachings are a lovely and friendly guidance into knowing one's body and connecting with oneself and nature. It is incredible how she is able to create a space in a short time where everyone feels seen, safe, and welcome.

Eva, Germany

Julie's yoga teachings were a totally new experience for me, and it has been a revelation - I feel that I absorbed, learned, and grew more on this retreat than in a year of classes at home. I will be incorporating all that I can remember into my daily practice.

Ronda, U.S

Three days are not enough, one week of this practice would be perfect! The 3 days have offered spirituality, nature, a touching the light inside of yourself. I have loved the dimension of silence. I had wished to stay in a bubble of peace so far away from my usual life that I wouldn’t even hear its echo… and that it was.

Marco, Italy

I loved the focus on feeling the body and developing awareness in the practice inside and outside the practice (space) as well. Julie is a very passionate and therefore very inspiring teacher. I particularly loved feeling each pose in every little (or big) detail. Retreat with an experienced and passionate teacher who is eager to transmit not only the physical posture but also the knowledge behind them and helps you to develop an awakening awareness of your body, mind, and emotions.
