TY, I did this meditation in a quiet & dark room. I recommend that or you can use an eye mask. I have this crystal & was led to it at the very beginning of this year while at a Saturday Market & I have been carrying it around since then. This was a delightful visualization journey. It is a short meditation that can relax you & a quick reprieve to energize you if you just need a little moment to decompress.
