Hello and welcome to this guided meditation to create focus and success if you want to perform well at something.
You can use this meditation directly before the moment when you want peak performance or beforehand in the lead up to it to train yourself on the steps to success.

Find a quiet spot,
Get comfy and close your eyes.
Take a deep cleansing breath and let the body settle,
Let the muscles relax and focus your mind inwards.
Take a moment to connect with the body,
Sense it settling,
Feeling into the surface underneath and let the body soften,
Relax your brow,
Releasing any tension.
Relax your jaw,
Soften your neck,
Relax your shoulders.
Let your arms and hands relax,
Relax your chest and back,
Soften the stomach muscles,
Relax your leg muscles,
Relax all the way to your feet,
Leaving your body completely relaxed,
Noticing the gentle,
Subtle motion of the breath remaining.
Sense its flow into the body on the in-breath,
Filling you up,
Then sense it flow out of the body on the out-breath.
Take a few moments to watch the flow of the breath,
On each in-breath,
Imagine breathing in calm,
On each out-breath,
Imagine breathing out any tension and as the body relaxes,
The mind relaxes,
Relax and let go,
Focus on you,
On your body and mind,
Let the outside world fade into a haze,
Draw in your mental energy,
The focus that you had on your environment,
Imagine absorbing that energy into you,
So all that widely spread,
Diluted energy now becomes focused,
Concentrate that into you,
Like pulling in light,
Charging your body with energy,
Brighter and brighter,
Until your body is glowing,
Your mind focused only on your body,
Full of light,
Powered up,
Feel that power in your mind too,
Filling you with confidence,
Maybe getting flashes of memories when you've been at your best,
Your strongest,
Most powerful self,
Now turn your mind to the upcoming performance,
Whatever challenge you face,
From that place of power and focus,
Play through a successful performance in your mind,
From start to finish,
But at super speed,
So the whole successful performance with you at your best is over in about 10 seconds,
Do that now,
Now go back to the start and play it a little slower over 20 seconds,
Enjoying some key moments as you do,
Now focus in on a moment that excited you,
That gave you a real rush,
Take 30 seconds to fully experience that at normal speed,
See what you'd see,
Hear what you'd hear,
Feel what you'd feel,
Now store that experience within you,
Let the intensity of that excitement linger,
Like a sense of electricity in the air during a storm,
Feel the power of it,
Utterly focused on you being full of that power,
Confident,
At your best,
Where you're completely in the present,
Enjoying every moment of whatever comes your way,
Knowing you can handle it,
And not only that,
You enjoy it,
Maybe even with a smile,
You've got this,
You're built for it,
Feel it once more,
Bring your awareness back to the normal feelings of the body,
Fully back into the present moment,
And bringing that feeling of focus and power with you,
