This meditation is an invitation to move beyond the restless activity of the mind and gently return to your natural state of being — the quiet recognition of yourself as Loving Awareness. Through conscious breathing, silence, stillness, spaciousness, and presence, the practice guides you into the direct experience of “the field” — the open awareness in which thoughts, emotions, sensations, and life itself arise and dissolve. Rather than trying to control the mind or force peace, this meditation encourages a soft surrender into the deeper stillness that already exists beneath all movement. As the body relaxes and the nervous system regulates, a sense of inner openness and grounded presence begins to emerge, allowing the heart to soften and the mind to become spacious. The repeated remembrance of “I AM Loving Awareness” is not used as a mantra to achieve something, but as a gentle recognition of your essential nature beyond identity, story, and separation.
