
Astral Projection | Yoga Nidra With Binaural Beats
This guided meditation is designed to help you astral project with ease. It is set to powerful theta binaural beats, created by Samuel Schüpbach. My voice will fall away after about 35 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having, whether it's deep relaxation, a full-out-of-body experience, or deep sleep.

Namaste,
I'm Rosalie and this is a guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to help you shift into expanded states of consciousness,
Opening a portal to explore beyond the limits of the physical body.
This track uses binaural beats to gently and quickly guide your brainwaves into specific states of consciousness.
It's most effective with headphones,
So if you're not already wearing headphones,
Please take a moment to do so now.
You might imagine this track as an invitation,
A calling to open a portal to a place of limitless potential,
Where you can do,
Be and create whatever you desire.
Trust that whatever happens next is a perfect experience for you at this time.
No pressure,
No expectations.
Could you remain open,
Wide open,
To receive and experience whatever happens with ease?
And allow yourself to be carried along by currents of light,
Of energy and sound?
And even if you do not astral project at this time,
You will gain all the benefits of the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra,
Allowing your body and your mind to bathe in the medicine of stillness and deep rest.
Let's begin.
Could you take a few moments now to get completely comfortable,
Ideally lying on your back?
Could you stretch your legs out and let your feet flop to the sides?
You may like to cover yourself with a blanket,
Perhaps covering your eyes with an eye mask or an eye pillow.
You might imagine creating a little nest for yourself,
A Yoga Nidra nest,
A warm and cozy space of pure comfort,
Where you feel supported,
Safe and cradled by the surface beneath you.
As you settle in,
Allow yourself to really land into the support beneath you.
And make any final adjustments here,
Any little movements,
Until you find your most comfortable position.
Let's take three big cleansing breaths together.
A big inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
And again.
Allow your lips to come together and with every exhale,
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into the support beneath you,
Sensing and connecting to the support beneath you.
As your body inhales,
Could you sense the support beneath you rising up to hold and cradle your body?
As you exhale,
Could you release and let go of that hold?
Inhale,
The support rising up.
Exhale,
Your body releases even more,
Feeling yourself softening into the earth with every exhale.
Throughout our practice,
Could you remain completely still,
But if there's anything that prevents you from fully relaxing,
For example if you need to scratch,
There's no harm in moving,
But then return to stillness.
Now,
Could you release any sense of tightness or gripping in the forehead,
The eyes softening down,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
The whole body releasing,
Softening,
Letting go.
With every exhale,
Allow any tension to drain from the body and from the mind,
The whole body shifting down as you enter the realms of feeling,
Sensing and listening.
And now,
We'll create a circle of light and energy around us.
You could imagine this like a big bubble of protection.
Begin by bringing your awareness into the soles of your feet and imagine breathing in energy and light from the soles of your feet all the way up to the crown of the head.
As you exhale,
Allow this energy and light to spiral and swirl around you all the way back down to your feet.
Inhale from the soles of the feet up to the crown of the head.
Exhale a cascade of light and energy swirling around you back down to your feet.
Inhaling up to the crown.
Exhale energy and light swirling around you back down to the feet.
Continue like this for a few more rounds.
Could you imagine and sense yourself surrounded by this big bubble of light and energy?
Feeling the whole of you brimming with energy and light all around you.
You may like to imagine this like a bubble of protection around you,
This light enveloping and nurturing everything that is good and pure,
High vibrational.
At the same time,
This acts as a protective layer,
Bouncing back anything negative or low vibrational from entering your field of energy.
Can you really sense into this light of protection around you?
Holding it,
Everything that's pure and high vibrational and creating a barrier from anything that might be of a lower vibration.
This big bubble of protection around you will be with you throughout our practice today Drawing your awareness inwards now as you drop down into the heart space,
Into the core of you and just for a few moments connect the energy and wisdom of your heart.
Notice what is present in the heart space today.
From this space,
Could you welcome your sankalpa or heartfelt intention for our practice today?
You might be working with your own sankalpa or for this particular practice you might invite the phrase,
I am more than my physical body and astral project with ease.
I am more than my physical body and astral project with ease.
Mentally repeat your sankalpa or this intention three times.
Embracing this heartfelt intention with the whole of you.
Now we will rotate our awareness and energy through different parts of the body.
You might imagine this like a stream or current of light colliding from part to part.
As I name each part,
Could you bring all your energy,
Your attention to that part?
Activating it with your energy,
Your attention.
You might sense this as a slight pressure as though you're receiving an energetic massage in that part.
Beginning at the crown of the head,
Letting all your attention gravitate to the crown of your head.
Down to the centre of the forehead,
The mind's eye.
Down to the right eye.
All the little muscles behind the eye.
The right cheek.
Temple.
And inside the right ear.
Back to the centre of the forehead,
The mind's eye.
The left eye.
All the little muscles behind the eye.
Temple.
Ear.
And inside the left ear.
The tip of the nose.
Sensing the flow of air in and out.
The tip of the nose.
The tip of the tongue.
And all sensations in the mouth.
The centre of the throat.
The pit of the nose.
The pit of the throat.
The heart space.
The centre of the chest.
The right shoulder.
Elbow.
Wrist.
The palm of the right hand.
Second finger.
Third.
And little finger.
Sensing all five fingertips of the right hand.
Awareness back to the palm.
Wrist.
Shoulder.
Waist.
The right hip.
The sole of your foot.
The right big toe.
Second.
Third.
Fourth.
And last.
Sensing now the entire right side of the body.
The whole right side of the body.
From the crown of the head down to the tips of the toes.
Brimming with sensation and awareness.
Gathering up all your attention now at the heart space.
Coming back into the heart space.
Left side of the chest.
Left shoulder.
Elbow.
Wrist.
The palm of the hand.
Second finger.
Third.
Fourth.
And little finger.
All five fingertips of the left hand.
Awareness back to the palm.
Wrist.
Elbow.
Shoulder.
The left waist.
The sole of the foot.
The left big toe.
Second toe.
Third toe.
Fourth toe.
And little toe.
Awareness to the entire left side of the body now.
The whole left side of the body.
From the crown of the head down to the tips of the toes.
Brimming with sensation and awareness.
As you sense into the left side of the body,
Could you imagine the right side simply dissolving?
Melting away?
Slipping away into darkness?
As you only sense the left side of the body.
Now allowing your awareness to cross over once again into the right side of the body.
Shifting your awareness entirely into the right side of the body.
And as you do this,
Imagine the whole left side of the body slipping away to darkness.
Dissolving.
So you only sense the right side.
Now let all sensations fill the whole back body.
The entire back body.
From the back of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Sensing the whole back body.
And as you do this,
Imagine the front of the body dissolving.
Melting away.
As you only sense the back body.
And now shift all your awareness into the front body.
Sensing only the front of the body.
Melting away.
Dissolving.
As all sensation moves into the front of the body.
Now allow all sensations to refill the whole body.
Sensing deeply now into the whole body.
The whole body.
Brimming with sensation and awareness.
From the crown of the head to the tips of the toes.
And now let all these sensations dissolve.
Melt away.
All sensation in the physical body simply melts away.
As you become pure energy and light.
Only the light of your awareness remains.
The mind awake and alert.
The body deeply resting.
And now could you notice the natural flow of your breath?
Just sense the body breathing itself.
Could you imagine as you breathe in that every cell in your body was breathing.
Trillions of cells breathing in.
Exhaled trillions of cells breathing out.
The whole of you breathing in,
Breathing out.
Every breath charging up with energy and light.
Every exhale completely letting go.
Inhale charging up with energy and light.
Exhale letting go.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
The whole of you supercharged with energy and light.
Now just for a moment could you imagine or sense yourself observing yourself from across the room?
Just imagine you're up in the corner of a room looking down at your body.
You might imagine you could look into the energy of the body as you see your body being supercharged with energy and light.
And if you can't see this can you simply sense it?
Sense as though you're up in the corner of the room looking down at the body or sensing the body down as it supercharges with energy and light.
You might notice yourself glowing radiating light as light pours through you.
Trillions of cells supercharged.
The body remains deeply relaxed,
Effortless.
The mind awake and alert.
Observing yourself from across the room as pure energy and light.
As you tune deeper inwards now could you connect to a more subtle part of you?
Your light body.
That part of you that's completely free of all limits.
And you might sense yourself ever so gently rocking from side to side.
That subtle part of you loosening.
Detaching.
You might imagine this feeling as though you were a leaf being carried along by a current of air.
Maybe drifting allowing the wind to carry you up,
Up and away.
Surrendering to wherever the wind takes you.
Surrendering to any energy sensations that might arise.
Or you might imagine this feeling as though you're lying in a hammock and a gentle breeze allows you to rock from side to side.
Swaying effortlessly from side to side.
That light part of you loosening detaching,
Ever so gently rocking from side to side.
Allowing that light part of you to be carried along by a current of air.
Gently rocking from side to side.
Becoming so light,
Perhaps that wind carries you up,
Up and away.
Just connecting to that light part of you for a few moments.
You may notice sensations,
Surges of energy flowing through you,
Through the subtle part of you.
And if you do feel any surges of energy could you bring all your awareness away from the body?
Let yourself drift away from the physical body.
Becoming more and more present in your lighter,
Higher vibrational body.
That part of you that is so much more than your physical body that is completely free of all limits and can astral project with ease.
As you tune into this light,
Subtle part of you you may like to test if you could see through your closed eyelids remembering it's your energy eyes that might open.
Or perhaps you could stretch out an energy hat and grab onto something across the room.
The physical body is gone,
It's completely still.
Only the energy body,
That subtle part of you,
Is the one trying to see or trying to move.
Just see what's possible now.
If your physical body moves at any point just let yourself drift inwards once again even deeper and then try again.
Drifting here as pure energy and light.
Perhaps seeing out of your closed eyelids or being able to stretch an energy hand or an energy arm out.
Just testing,
Seeing what's possible.
The energy body may like to float up,
To sink down or maybe to roll out.
Allow your inner guidance here to show you the way as you're deeply connected to this subtle part of you,
This energy light part of you.
Testing and seeing what's possible and letting your inner guidance show you the way.
Allow yourself to be carried along by these currents of energy,
Of light and sound all around you and within you.
These currents of light and energy will help you carry you along into a world of limitless possibility.
Simply allow and let them take you on a journey.
And could you remember your intention from this practice?
Perhaps you're working with your own sankalpa or perhaps remembering that you are more than your physical body and astral project with ease.
Completely letting go.
Allowing these currents of energy and light to take you on a journey,
Knowing there's this big bubble of protection around you and you're tapping into your internal guidance to show you the way.

Remember to remain calm in the knowledge that you are safe and can return at any time simply by thinking of your physical body.
