
Manifest Anything You Desire Using Law Of Attraction
This short meditation will help you manifest whatever you desire in life using the Law of Attraction and two powerful visualisations to help you realise them into your reality. You’re probably aware of the unlimited power and potential that we all have access to and are ready for the next step, or you just need some support to help you and that’s where this meditation comes in. Hello,
My name is Sam and welcome to this meditation to help you create the experiences you want in your reality.
You're probably aware of the unlimited power and potential that we all have access to and you're ready for the next step.
Or maybe you just need some support to help you and that's where this meditation comes in.
It was no coincidence that you clicked on the play button for this session and I'm very glad that you're here.
Attracting your best life requires that you allow these things into your life.
Think of it as being on the path of least resistance or better yet the path of most allowing.
Any resistance or low vibrations we hold on to prevent us from bringing our desires into the physical world but we can change that by changing how we feel and how we think.
One of the easiest and quickest ways to lessen resistance and raise your frequency is meditation and that's what we're about to do now.
The first thing is to find a comfortable quiet place where you can sit or lie for around 10 minutes without being disturbed or distracted.
Find yourself somewhere like that now.
Next put your body into a position that feels relaxing and easy to maintain.
Ideally you'll have the support of the floor,
The wall or maybe a chair so that you can release most of your muscles and not require any effort to maintain this position.
We can still hold a good posture though so think about your spine and make it nice and long.
Create space between your shoulders and ears by rolling the shoulders back and down.
Feel a sense of openness across the collarbones.
Allow your legs to relax fully especially around the hips.
You might notice that your legs roll out a little as they relax more.
Feel the arches of your feet soften and your toes curl gently.
Take a deep breath in through your nose if possible and out through the nose.
If that doesn't feel right for you just breathe in any way that feels good.
And the out breath so it's really long.
Soften through your belly,
Just let it go.
There's no need to hold it in,
Just release the tension.
Let go through your arms,
Hands and fingers so that any stiffness starts to dissolve away especially around the mound of the thumb and index finger.
Drop the tongue into the bottom of the mouth and feel your teeth fall apart a little bit.
This creates slackness in the jaw and your whole face feels less tense.
Feel the skin across your cheeks releasing and the muscles in your face that give it expression letting go so that your face is now completely expressionless.
Your eyebrows soften down and your forehead is smooth.
Take another deep breath in and as you let this one go let your body go even more.
Find yourself sinking into a more relaxed state with each breath.
Take a moment to appreciate how good it feels to be here still.
Time slows down and it's very peaceful.
Consider your current state of mind.
How would you label it?
Are you calm?
Happy?
Bored?
Fidgety?
Find a label or two that describes your current mindset and it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling.
In order to manifest the things we want in life whether that's love,
A child,
A new car,
To find a parking spot or getting that dream job we have to get into the feeling place of that desire.
This means having the sensations and emotions as if you already had it.
You've probably heard the saying dress for the job you want right?
It's the exact same thing except we're going to vibrate at the frequency of the things we want.
To help us get there we can do a simple recollection or visualisation whichever works best for you.
We're going to try both and let's start with recollection.
So think back to a time or an event where you were really,
Really happy.
It can be anything no matter the scale and no matter how old you were.
Maybe it's when you won a prize at school for doing great work.
Maybe it's when you got a promotion at work.
Or maybe it's when you bought your first car.
Try to think of something that made you feel elated.
Start to recall that event in great detail.
Especially how you felt.
See where you were,
Who was with you,
What time of day it was,
Any smells that you can recall,
Colours,
How things felt to the touch and so on.
Build this detailed tableau in your mind's eye of that day.
Now think about the emotions associated with it.
You might find key words start to pop into your mind here such as joy,
Excitement,
Butterflies and so on.
Find your way into that state with these memories and words.
Think about how you felt physically.
What was your heart rate like?
Your breathing?
How did your tummy feel?
What expressions were on your face?
What kind of things were you saying?
Recall all of those body experiences now.
Try to hold onto these feelings for as long as you can,
Milking the reliving of the experience.
Now let's move to something you desire but have not yet experienced in this physical world.
What is something you wish for?
It can be anything.
Nothing is too big or too audacious.
Remember it's your right as a human being to have anything,
To be anything or to do anything that you desire.
You just have to ask and the universe will deliver.
For now let's focus on one thing.
Start to form the picture in your head but visualise it as if you already have it.
See yourself in the images interacting with your desire,
Experiencing it.
In much the same way as you record the actual memory,
Recall this new experience as if it were a very clear memory.
See the people,
The colours,
Hear the sounds,
Feel the sensations in your body as you live this experience,
Feeling the emotions.
Hear the words or expressions of joy that you are using.
See your face,
Your body language,
Your posture.
Store these feelings in every cell memorising how it feels because we want to be able to find our way back to these feelings with ease in the future.
Enjoy your daydream for a few moments longer.
What you have just done is to raise your vibration to a higher place,
A place of more allowing.
The relaxation and meditation at the beginning acts like a type of reset,
Helping you to let go of resistance and become more present,
More mindful.
When you want to manifest,
You don't even need to think about a particular desire or wish.
Just try to find your way into that good feeling place,
The place of less resistance and more allowing.
This works really well if you are able to do this regularly so try listening to this recording every day and start to welcome into your life everything you ever dreamed of and some amazing,
Beautiful and joyous surprises that will find their way to you courtesy of the universe who just loves to lavish us with blessings.
And remember to always say thank you for each and every miracle that you receive as gratitude also raises your vibration and thus the cycle of receiving continues.
