Take a deep breath in and let it go long and slow.
Allow your awareness to settle into your body,
The sacred landscape that carries you through every season of life.
Today we honor the elements that live within you,
The ancient forces that shape your strength and your wisdom.
Beginning with the earth element,
Bring your attention now to the earth within you.
Feel the steadiness of your bones and place your hands on your knees.
Look inwards.
This is your inner mountain,
Your foundation,
The quiet structure melded with seashells and stardust that holds you upright even when life feels uncertain.
Let the earth element remind you that you are supported,
That you belong,
That you do not need to rush.
Whisper inward,
I am grounded.
I am held.
Now place your hands gently on your belly.
Feel the water within you,
Your blood flowing,
Your precious organs working intelligently,
The brain's innate tides moving through every cell.
Sense the softness,
The adaptability,
The way water knows how to move around obstacles without losing its essence.
Let the water element teach you how to soften without breaking,
How to feel without drowning,
How to flow with grace.
Whisper inward,
I allow myself to feel free.
I allow myself to flow through life with unstoppable ease.
Glide your hands up to your ribcage.
Feel the air within you,
The ebb and flow of your breath,
The faithful rise and fall of your lungs.
The way breath soars through the geography of your body and mind.
Notice how breath creates space,
How it lifts,
How it reminds you that life is always moving through you,
Even when you pause.
Let the air element clear your mind,
Lighten your thoughts,
And remind you that you are free to begin again and again with every inhale.

Now place your stacked palms over your physical heart or heart center,
Your inner fire.
Feel its warmth,
Its steady thudding power,

This is the place of courage,
Of compassion,
Of passion and purpose.
Let this fire inspire you not to burn out,
But to shine steadily,
To move through this day with intention,
Kindness and a brave open heart.
