Hi,
My name is Sandra.
Nice that you are meditating with me this evening to let go all the things that might have moved you around throughout the day.
So find a comfortable space for yourself to either sit down or lay down whatever feels right for you in this moment.
And then allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment and gently close your eyes.
Gently breathe in and breathe out again.
And become aware of the process of breathing in and breathing out.
Where in your body can you feel your breath the most right now?
Maybe in your chest or your stomach or at the tip of your nose.
Bring your focus to this area and realize how it changes while you are breathing in and out again.
And then bring your focus to your body.
How does your body feel right now?
Can you maybe spot some areas that are tensed or that need a little bit more attention?
Then gently breathe into these areas.
Letting go the focus of your body you realize that you are sitting in a beautiful scenery with a little river in it.
Look around and see the scenery in front of your inner eye.
Now bring your focus to all the things that moved you throughout the day and that you want to let go and put them into this little river in front of you and see how the river is taking them away easily.
Put all the things that you want to let go in there and see how they are easily taken away.
The more you are looking around in this beautiful scenery you are recognizing a flying object,
Maybe a balloon or a little flying carpet or maybe a huge bird.
Whatever and then start your ride with this object or bird up into the sky.
Unless you are flying further up into the sky all the things down there become smaller and smaller.
And while they are becoming smaller they are also becoming less important and less important.
Looking into the sky up there and seeing all the beautiful colors.
You realize what was great throughout that day.
Maybe a nice hot coffee or a little talk to a colleague or just a little walk outside.
What was it that made this day great and feel the gratitude for it within you.
Maybe you can feel the sun or the wind up there on your skin.
Breathing in take fresh energy within you and breathing out let everything that might move you around go.
Fresh energy flows in and while breathing out let everything go.
You feel how you are sinking deeper and deeper again.
Going further down towards the earth again.
How does the landscape look like where you are about to land now.
Enjoy the scenery and take up the energy of the scenery and then check in again with your body.
How does your body feel right now.
What does it need right now.
And then gently bring your awareness back to your breath and gently breathe in and breathe out again.
And with every breath arrive more and more back to the here and now into your room into this time of the day.
And whenever you feel ready gently open your eyes again and take this feeling of fresh energy with you into the rest of the day.
