Here I speak about how important it is to allow love to enter our lives, through all its forms, and to truly embrace it and feel it. I explain why it is essential that we choose to be who we are, instead of forbidding ourselves to be happy.

Today,

I want to talk about the importance of allowing love to enter in our lives.

Sometimes,

Depending on many aspects and for several reasons,

We may reject all sorts of forms of love.

And with that comes a huge price to pay.

We pay with our own happiness,

We give away the chance of smiling and flowing with joy.

We often have a big list of limiting beliefs that we see as being true and that may cause us to go against our own nature,

Refusing to live the experience of being ourselves,

Of feeling good,

In favor of our thoughts.

It's like forbidding a child to play and express themselves as a reflect of,

In fact,

Forbidding ourselves to play and express ourselves,

Forbidding ourselves to be free,

To be whatever we are and want to be.

Because we think that we can't be what we want to be,

We then project that thought on whatever is around us,

Especially on the most free creatures who triggers those beliefs,

Such as happy children or playful animals and all kinds of free spirit people.

Because we forbid ourselves of being joyful,

We then have to control everything around us that proves the opposite,

Believing that life is very hard.

Then we have a reason to justify our own misery.

When we reject love,

I mean all kinds of love,

From others,

From animals,

From nature,

From the universe.

We block ourselves from what feels good,

Choosing to feel bad by emanating signs of lack of self-worth and pulling ourselves back from raising our own frequency.

When we truly welcome love,

We accept any fear that we may have,

Any external condition or limiting thought,

And choose to follow our heart,

Our intuition,

Our inner voice that always guides us towards our expansion,

Which translates itself into feelings of happiness,

Joy,

Passion,

Freedom,

Love,

And peace to allow love to come in all forms.

We have to surrender,

To show our authenticity,

To be able to express our feelings out loud and to accept who we are with everything included.

This doesn't happen because we are no longer in control of our lives.

It's exactly the contrary.

We may think that by having everything under control or attempting to control everything and everybody,

We are somehow progressing,

Being responsible,

Mature,

And educated,

Having a good reputation or whatever thought we may want to believe in.

But it is in fact,

When we open our heart and when we accept the simplicity of life and show ourselves vulnerable,

That we really start living and experiencing this profound bliss that life itself can be.

We all tend to live as if we are going to live forever here on earth with the same body and the same appearance,

The same people around and the same conditions.

We forget that the body is not forever,

That we are not even the body,

That our story is exactly that,

A story,

And that we will eventually go back to the dimension where we came from.

And so instead of embracing and appreciating life and literally playing with it,

We take life too seriously as if we have to control every feeling,

Every behavior that goes against the norm,

Every expression that may be different or anything that makes us laugh out loud in the crowd.

We think we can escape love as if we could escape ourselves.

We are love.

So there is only one way to be love and if we are love,

There is no way to reject it.

We block it,

We block ourselves.

So today the message I have for you is let's be the love that we all are and let's open our arms and welcome love into our lives.

It doesn't matter if it's through someone's unexpected smile or our dog's attempt to come into our bed or the baby who is crying or someone who suddenly wants to dance with us on the street.

The thing is it could be the last time.

Wouldn't it be nice that our last second in this planet,

At least in this lifetime,

Would be a real and full expression of love?

No resistance,

No avoidance,

No looking down and refusing to see the stars.

Just love.
