Good sign.

There is no need for me to be anxious.

I release myself from thoughts of doom,

Ill-being,

Self-harm,

Or catastrophe.

I am a whole,

Vibrant person and choose to experience life from a perspective of wellness.

When I find myself in situations that remind me of a past anxious time,

I remind myself those times are not in the present.

I do not have to repeat past feelings.

I make continuous choices to stay present in my feelings.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

I am not alone.

I can choose to ask for help from others whenever I feel the need.

People will be helpful and friendly to me when I need assistance or companionship.

When I feel confined to a small space,

Such as an airplane,

Hotel room,

Train,

Car,

Bus,

Or crowded building,

I choose to remind myself that my energetic presence moves beyond walls and borders.

My soul energy is so powerful that I am bigger than the small space my physical body inhabits.

I am everywhere I need to be,

All at once.

I can see the golden light expanding from inside my physical body into a radiant orb enveloping my body,

Touching the space around me and expanding beyond where my eyes can see.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

When I feel confined to my body through illness or discomfort,

I choose to remind myself of the loving source of energy flowing into and through me.

I am grounded by this energy and sustained.

I can clearly see this loving rainbow of energy working its way up my spine as I breathe in and out of my nostrils as I exhale.

The rainbow of red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Violet,

And white light fills my body as I inhale slowly.

As I exhale,

I am warmed by this peaceful sensation of fullness.

I inhale loving,

Sustaining energy and exhale peacefully.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

When I feel negative energy from others,

I choose to remind myself of their struggles as fellow humans.

They do not mean any ill towards me.

They simply do not know how to express sadness,

Anger,

Or hurt in a way that does not involve other people.

It is not personally directed towards me.

I decide to show compassion to myself and those who are hurting.

I choose not to let uncertainty or harmful words affect me.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

When I feel unease,

Whether physical or mental,

I choose to view my body as an observer.

I make notes of how I can be more comfortable and self-compassionate.

I choose to honor my observations as much as possible and appropriate.

I notice if I am creating unnecessary doubt or worry for myself.

I accept the creation of negative situations and stressors as part of the human experience I am having.

I move forward from these situations without ill will towards myself.

I remind myself I can choose to be free from stress,

Worry,

Anxiety,

Anger,

And shame.

I choose to release situations occurring now and in the past that have made me feel scared,

Doubtful,

And alone.

I am surrounded by loving light from the universe.

I am whole and free.

I am living in the present moment.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

Nothing can harm me.

I am radiant light.

Nothing can cause me to be fearful.

I am protected.

Nothing can change my thoughts.

I am in control of my own thoughts.

I choose to accept the loving kindness that surrounds me.

I am safe,

Secure,

And loved.

I loved this meditation. I found the background music pleasant. I found what this teacher offered really helpful. I liked that she covered different ways that my anxiety can be triggered or manifest itself. I appreciated the imagery of rainbow of chakra colors. Thank you so much.
