Greetings dear ones and welcome to your free guided meditation to open your Akashic records.
My name is Sapna Chandaria and I'm a transformation coach and an intuitive energy healer.
I'd like you to take a comfortable seating position and make sure that your spine is straight.
If you're able to,
You will have your knees lower than your hips.
So you're sitting on either a meditation cushion or something that raises your hips.
I'd like you to close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Bring your awareness to the present moment.
I want you to imagine that there is energy coming through the base of your spine,
Your root chakra,
All the way up through your spine,
Activating each chakra as it flows upwards towards your crown.
The energy then comes out of the top of your head through your crown chakra and it carries your awareness all the way up,
Up,
Up,
Up into the galaxies,
Into the stars,
Through the different planes of existence until you finally see a bright white light.
You start getting closer to this bright white light and as you get closer,
It looks like an incredible,
Beautiful palace in the sky with huge steps leading up to the front gates.
You can imagine this to look exactly the way you want it to.
As you walk up the steps to the front gates,
You experience the enormity of it,
The size,
The magnitude of where you're about to step into.
You can feel yourself walk through the huge,
Beautiful,
Ornate front doors.
And as you walk in,
You immediately start looking around you and all you can see is the floor to infinite heights of books.
The walls are lined with books from floor to as far as your eye can see.
And you realize that these are all the Akashic Records of all the souls that have ever existed in time.
You ask your guides and your guardian angels to take you to your Akashic Records so that the masters,
Teachers,
And loved ones can show you your soul's journey.
As you are led to your book of records,
You sense the high vibrational frequency of where you are and your place in this high frequency of energy.
You can feel how loved you are,
How supported you are,
And that when you call your guides and your angels and masters and teachers and loved ones,
They appear for you.
And finally you arrive at your records and you feel yourself surrounded by love,
Conditional love.
And as you hold whatever question you may have in your heart,
You know that these are truly the records of your entire soul's journey throughout time,
Space,
And all dimensions.
So go ahead and ask your question.
What is it that you want to know?
Maybe there's a pattern that you're struggling with in your life.
Maybe you know that there's a specific lesson that you're not learning.
Maybe you just want to know if you're on the right path or not.
Whatever that may be,
Go ahead and ask.
Now using your intuition,
Receive the answer.
Don't overthink it.
Don't edit it.
Just allow yourself to receive the information.
You may experience sensations.
You may hear actual words and messages.
Or you may just have a feeling or a knowing.
You may see pictures of events from other lives.
Allow yourself to be fully open to receive.
Receive whatever information you are allowed to see at this time.
I want you to start thanking your guardian angels,
Your guides,
Your masters,
Teachers,
And loved ones,
And especially the lords of the Akashic Records,
For allowing you to step into this sacred,
Most beautiful,
Most honored of spaces,
Of which it is your divine birthright to be here and to be allowed to access your own records.
You can come back any time.
I want you to start coming back through the front doors,
Down the steps,
Back through the stars and the galaxies,
And bring your awareness back into your crown chakra,
To your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Sacral,
And down into your root chakra,
Sacral,
And down into your root chakra,
Allowing your awareness to go all the way down,
Down,
Down into Mother Earth,
Anchoring and grounding your energy back,
Feeling yourself connected and back into your body,
With gratitude and love.
Come back into your heart.
