As a cardiologist for over 27 years, Sarah worked to heal, educate, and empower thousands of individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being. Sarah obtained her Yoga Teacher certification in 2021 and completed Yin Yoga Teacher Training in April, 2022. She offers online yoga with a focus on Yin at Winding Road Yoga, and writes about evidence-based yoga on her yoga website. She studies mindfulness with Sean Fargo at Mindfulness Exercises. Sarah is a certified Mindfulness Coach and a Master Certified Physician Development Coach. She received certification as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher in 2023.
