Okay,
Taking a breath in and on the out breath you can let your eyes close.
Bringing your awareness to your breath now.
Breathing in whatever way is happening naturally.
No need to change anything.
Noticing the air moving in and out through your nostrils.
As you relax.
And any sounds you hear,
Including the sound of my voice,
Is a signal for you to relax.
And you can take that relaxation now,
That sense inside of relaxing,
And you can let it move all through your body,
All the way down from the top of your head,
All the way down to your feet,
Like someone putting a warm blanket over you.
And it's an immediate sense of relaxation to feel that.
And noticing sensations in your body and just allowing them to be as they are.
Nothing to change.
Feeling the support of how your body is right now.
And the thoughts might be moving past the internal screen of your mind.
You can allow them to simply move past,
Like as if you were watching them on a screen.
And you're back here,
Just relaxing.
Allowing yourself to take this time to simply be.
And you might hear my voice and then not hear it,
And then hear it again.
And you can know that this is a signal that you're relaxing deeply.
That's it.
And noticing how there's nothing to do.
You can let go of needing to do anything at all.
And any movement you need to make,
Again,
Is a signal for you to relax deeper.
Any adjustments you need to make simply help you to relax.
And I want you to imagine,
Sense,
Or be in a place near the beach.
There you are,
Remembering the last time you were there.
Walking,
Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin.
That sense of warmth moving right into your bones,
Right into your body,
Into your internal organs,
This warmth from the sun as you move along towards the water.
It's a beautiful day,
Not a cloud in the sky.
And as you take a nice breath in,
You can smell the familiar smell of the sea.
There are a few people on the beach,
But they're far away.
And you seem to be so grateful to have this space around you,
A space that's just for you.
And you can feel your feet sinking into the sand,
The warm sand.
And it's almost as if that warmth wants to travel,
Travel up through your feet,
Through your legs,
All the way up into your body,
Warming and energizing all of your organs inside.
Without you having to do a single thing,
You're just standing there.
This warmth is moving up now through your chest,
Up through your shoulders and down your arms,
Up through your neck,
Up through your head,
So that you feel completely warm and cozy.
You feel relaxed deep inside every cell of your body from this warmth.
And how good it feels as you breathe in the air,
Easily coming in through your nostrils now.
And you can hear the sound of seagulls.
And as you look across at the water,
The sun's just meeting the tips of the water,
Making those sparkly diamond looking shapes.
And the blue of the sea meets the blue of the sky,
All the way to the horizon,
So that you feel expanded and at one with it all.
How relaxing it is.
Decide to lie down on the sand.
And as you allow your body to stretch out on the sand,
Feeling the earth holding you,
So that you can really relax your body.
Relax every muscle,
Every bone.
Relaxing your neck,
Relaxing your back.
It's holding you in just the right position,
So that everything is feeling supported.
And again,
The warmth of the sand is absorbing into your neck and your back right now.
Soothing you.
And as you lay there,
Listening to the lapping water,
The waves gently meeting the shore.
It's another sound that signals to you to relax even more.
And as you relax here,
You know,
Deep inside,
How safe you are.
How the world is holding you in this safety.
And it sends a message to that part of your brain,
That part that's been keeping you safe.
All these years.
It's sending a message to that part that it can also relax.
You've got this.
You're taking care.
You're really allowing all parts of you to feel safe and connected right now.
And so it sends a message of gratitude to this part of your brain that's been working so hard.
This part of your brain that's been working is relaxing now.
And all those nervous system resources that were utilized in its very essential work can now be released.
And you can feel how the circuitry of your body,
The electrical circuitry and all its network is starting to light up and move into the areas fully resourced now.
Moving into your heart,
Into your organs,
Into your digestive system.
Bringing much needed energy,
Just like switching on the lights in a house.
Being switched on.
And flooding these areas with vital nutrient resources so that all these areas are fed with wonderful energy,
Warmth,
Light.
It's like light bulbs going off everywhere.
In your stomach,
In your intestines,
All the way through into your liver,
Gallbladder.
All organs,
Your heart lit up with so much energy,
Vital energy,
Healing,
Bringing light.
So that all of your internal systems have access now to the light and the healing energy,
To the resources and nutrients they need and they're relaxing.
Everything's relaxing and flowing.
So that you're just this beautifully lit up network now.
And how good it feels,
Both outside and in,
To receive all of this warmth and energy and light.
And you're just lying there receiving,
Just allowing it all to pass through.
That's right.
And it's moving now into all of your muscles as well.
All this light energy moving through all the nerve endings of your body,
Healing them,
Moving through your blood,
Through the blood vessels.
So that the current is moving from top to toe and it feels so relaxing.
It feels so flowing.
And this energy is now really coming back into your heart as well.
Filling your heart with relaxed,
Loving energy.
And you feel so whole.
You feel so relaxed.
And you're aware of the earth holding you.
And you can be here for as long as you like.
You can come back here whenever you like also.
And as you begin to sit up on this beach and stand up,
You feel your body light and free.
Feel yourself relaxed and flowing with the energy moving freely throughout your whole body.
Your brain is relaxed.
And you feel so grateful for all that your body does.
All that your body is.
This beautiful vehicle you travel in where you can see the colors,
Feel the warmth of the sand.
Smell the fresh sea air.
Hear all the sounds of nature,
Birds,
Waves.
The distant sounds of other people's laughter.
And as you fill your heart now with the gratitude of being,
You allow yourself to leave the beach just for now,
Vowing to come back often.
So as you allow this scene to fade,
Bring yourself back.
Sensing yourself here.
Maybe moving your body a little and opening your eyes.
