Bring yourself to a comfortable seated position with your spine straight but not too rigid.
Feel free to place your hands on your thighs or your knees,
Palms up or palms down.
Gently close your eyes and begin breathing deeply into your nose,
And exhale out through your mouth.
Try to let your body relax into the moment.
Softening from the top of your head,
Making your way down as if to scan your body,
All the way down slowly to the toes.
Noticing how your body is feeling in this moment.
Paying attention to where you may be holding any tightness.
Seeing if you can relieve that tension with the next breath.
Holding space for your body to observe how it feels without judgment,
But with love and compassion.
Gently bringing your attention back to your breath.
Inhaling for 4,
3,
2,
1,
And exhaling for 4,
3,
2,
And 1.
Inviting consciousness back into your body.
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Reconnecting with the space around you.
Noticing smells and sounds.
Taking one more final deep breath in and out as you gently open your eyes.
Wishing you love,
Peace,
And gentleness as you continue your day.
Thank you for joining me.
Take care.
