Shae Carroll

Shae has experienced the life-changing effects of yoga firsthand, with over a decade of practice exploring Vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, Rocket, and Yoga Nidra. In 2023 she completed her 200-hour RYT training, followed by an additional study in Yoga Nidra. She is passionate about helping others feel safe in their own minds and learn to cultivate a lasting sense of peace.
