Take a nice deep breath into your body.

With your next inhalation,
I want you to think about breathing in energy.
Breathing it into your whole body and exhaling fatigue.
Have it exhale right out the top of your head.
Breathing in energy and exhaling fatigue.
Breathing in awakeness,
Exhaling sleepiness.
Breathing in clarity into your mind.
And exhaling fogginess from just having woken up.
From coming out of that space of rest.
Inhaling focus.
And exhaling cloudiness.
As you breathe in,
Make sure that you're accessing your belly.
So that not only are you clearing your mind,
But you're waking up your body.
Feel your diaphragm,
Your abdomen moving in and out.
And on your next inhalation,
Imagine that you're breathing in perfect health into your entire body.
Oxygenating every cell,
Every organ,
Every gland.
Breathing in and exhaling out the top of your head.
And breathing in health.
Feel that prana,
That sacred breath,
Infusing your body with health,
With well-being,
With vibrancy.
And exhaling any illness,
Any discomfort,
Any cricks.
Exhaling out the top of your head.
And as you keep breathing in these sacred healing breaths,
Scan your body for any place of discomfort,
Tension,
Stress.
And breathe into those spots.
Breathe into your shoulder.
And exhale out the top of your head.
Breathe into your belly.
And exhale out the top of your head.
Breathe into your rib cage.
And exhale out the top of your head.
Feel yourself grounding into your body.
Allow your consciousness to move from your head space down into your throat,
Into your heart space,
Flowing down to the middle of your stomach space,
Through your second chakra,
To your first chakra at the base of your spine.
And exhale out the base of your spine,
Connecting you to earth,
To the sacred mother energy.
And breathing in from that earth space,
Breathing that solidity,
Groundedness up into your body,
Mixing with the clarity in your mind,
Up and down.
Up and down.
Feel your whole body tingling with this energy of awakeness,
Of aliveness,
Knowing that today is your day.
What will you choose today?
Make a decision to choose love.
Feel that love opening and expanding into your chest and your heart space.
Breathing that love as it ripples through your body.
Today I choose love.
And kindness.
Feel kindness wrap you like a blanket.
Choose kindness.
I feel kindness for myself and I feel kindness for everyone I encounter today.
Breathing in that kindness and allowing it to flow through your body.
Allow yourself to be in this essence of love,
Of kindness,
Of peace.
Feel your whole body relax into peace.
You are so loved.
Feel your whole body just relaxing into that space of peace.
There's no tension.
There's only relaxation.
Clarity and relaxation.
