Cultivating a Loving Relationship Even When You Experience Pain & Suffering

It is called Maitri, or developing loving compassion for your own being. In this session, we will define and explore each of Maitri’s four parts. Get Ready to Release Control
The need to be in control is one of the biggest blocks to managing uncertainty. Instead, we have to discern what is in our control and what isn’t, and then learn how to use the mysteries of the universe to work in our favor. In session 7, we learn two powerful tools that will help us release a false sense of control and then create exactly what we want in our lives.
